Greg W.We waited two days for their service and they were a NO SHOW (in person or on the phone).
I called and discussed the scheduling for them to clean the septic line and they said there was an outside chance of them getting to it Thursday afternoon if not they would be here Friday to provide assistance and unblock the drain.
They were unable to make it Thursday nor did the call at anytime on Friday or Saturday morning.
Now I have to get another company to make a weekend service call.
I would not recommend them unless reliability and common courtesy is not needed.
Asya C.I wish we had called EconoRooter first! Dave was great - very professional and experienced. He knew what the issue was and had it fixed within 30 minutes. What a relief after being without running water for 3 days!
Unfortunately we called RotoRooter first, the guy was nice but didn't have a lot of experience and broke the tip of the snake off in one of our pipes. He did suggest we call EconoRooter because of their experience and said they have more tools to get the job done, so I'm thankful for the recommendation!
