Sam is honest, timely, and knowledgeable. He came to fix our drain. He was not able to clear it, but would not take any money from us and suggested who to call. I thought the least I could do is write a positive review of the experience.

Fast, reliable and around $100 less that the major competitors for drain clearing. Last night after dinner I found our main sewer line was clogged, I called Sam at Econo Rooter at 7:30pm. He answered! And he was this morning and had it cleared in 20 minutes. Highly recommended!

Sam and his colleague solved a BIG plumbing problem for the duplex. Now everything drains beautifully, and my neighbor's garbage disposer no longer backs up into my kitchen sink.

Our kitchen sink backed up (or so we thought it was the sink). I called Sam around 11 and he was at our house a few hours later. Turns out the sink was clogging due to a larger back up elsewhere. He fixed it quickly, made sure all was running well at the cost he had estimated. Happy to have our sink back. Thank you Sam!

Not recommend this contractor. They come and not even give the estimated, they just said depending on how hard problem is. Finally take them less than 20 mins working drain my sewer pipe and come up with $300 charged. It's really ridiculous. When they're done they even not clean up the area they worked.
I give then 1 star and highly not recommended... bad service at all....

I called Sam on July 4th morning with a clogged drain. He showed up at my door 2 hours later and worked quickly to unclog the drain. It was a stubborn clog and took two passes with the snake to get it to clear. Sam was great. I highly recommend!

So thanks to Covid hadn't had anyone in the house for 15 months and what happens on Easter Sunday? Absolute explosion of a drain issue. Coming out of two sinks, the dishwasher and the clothes washer. What could possibly be done? Called Sam at noon and while he said he was on another job he would be there as soon as possible. Three hours later? He was heading out with everything fixed. Gloved, masked, absolutely professional! Could not be more thankful and appreciative. Truly a wonderful experience in such a trying time.

I was very pleased with the service I received from Sam. Called him around 3:00pm. He arrived around 4:00. Unclogged the drain and was on his way in 30 minutes. Very reasonable price and it was a flat rate so I knew the cost before he got there.
