Just had my furnace maintenance done by them, as I have been for the past several years, since I had my new units installed by them. The technician they sent this time was Ricardo (I think I only had one guy twice for the past several years! Twice a year for AC/furnace. They must have quite a number of technician I suppose?) I must say, Ricardo left quite an impression. Very friendly, professional, thorough, and respectful of my property.
I think the service fee Econo Air charges is certainly abode average, but with Ricardo's great service, it made me feel like it was well worth it. Keep up the good work, Ricardo!!

Econo Air installed a forced air heating system for us a year ago and we were very impressed with the owner and the technicians. We were given a good price and they were very professional. Even fixed a potential problem with the existing air conditioner at no charge.
So when we had an issue with a different heater we called Econo Air. Richardo inspected the system, found the problem in a timely manner and replaced the faulty part. We're happy, we have heat again. He did a good job and was courteous and wore a mask & booties.
We will definitely use Econo Air again - only wish we had found this company a few years ago.

Had a beautiful experience with my man Ricardo. This guy went above and beyond to clean my HVAC system, setup my wifi and connection, help me with registration, selling me on upgrading some products... which I haven't decided yet.

He's super helpful. Very kind. And he needs a pay raise or something. So whoever is reading this ... take special note to him. He might change the world. Don't Pass on him.

Also with the HVAC system, runs nice cold air and well the heat we rarely use cause california is hot. Econo Air don't pass em up.

I just want to say that I'm impressed by how Econo Air is taking the pandemic seriously. Richard L the technician that came to service my ac unit had gloves and a mask on and even his shoes were covered! He was very friendly and explained to me everything he would be doing today. Keep up the good work!

I highly recommend Econo Air.

Econo practiced all safety protocols for the time we live in and overdelivered on an A/C replacement for a rental property we are selling. The work inside the furnace closet was remarkable. That part of the job only involved a coil replacement but they removed everything and reinstalled as you see in the picture. The furnace was originally not level and they handled that. None of the insulation and sound proofing was there before Econo. The old A/C compressor unit had failed and Econo presented multiple ways to go. We decided to attempt to salvage the old unit by replacing parts but that did not work. Econo was exceptionally fair in working with us through that process which culminated in replacement of the unit. This was a win/win for all parties.

Beware, I had a tech come to my house to ""service"" my AC. BIG MISTAKE! My 3 year old unit was running perfectly fine before they came. While here the tech told me I need to replace $1,500 worth of equipment on the unit. I refused as the materials are still under warranty and I didn't believe he was being truthful. He leaves and within an hour my AC is no longer working at all!! I call the office to alert them of the issue. The girl tells me sometimes equipment fails after service and they don't know why, but they would send the tech back the next day to see what the issue is. He comes back to tell me more stuff needs to be replaced in addition to what he said the day prior. I found this to be extremely suspicious and asked him to leave, told him I was not giving him a single penny. I call another company they arrive and within 10 minutes they ask if someone else had touched the unit, i told them what had taken place. The tech then tells me the wires were placed incorrectly to make the fan spin backwards, sucking in hot air, causing the unit to overheat and shut off. This seems like a predatory action to me. Making the unit not work, then telling me I needed to buy thousands of dollars to fix it! Do not use this company!

Service from ExonoAir has always been timely & efficient. I've been a customer with them for 14 years. My most recent contact was 2 days ago when a technician, Ricardo Lopes, showed up to do the semi annual contract maintainance. After he finished I asked if he knew how to make the wifi connection between the Honeywell thermostat & my mobile phone. I had had trouble doing this myself and he gladly offered to make that happen. I have more than one thermostat and he got 1 of them working but the main one we couldn't fix since it had some problems. Ricardo Lopez spent the time to define & test the problems. Even though he was running behind schedule (he called earlier to give me a new arrival time) and he still had more client calls waiting, he gladly spent the time to address an optional problem. I commend him for his willing attitude while going the extra mile for me.
