Towards the end of the SoCal heatwave, yesterday, was met with a last minute water accumulation around an a/c unit. A morning call to Econoair resulted in a mid afternoon service call with Blake. He had been out to our home previously and I was very pleased to see a technician that had done great work before. In about an hour he cleared a clogged condensation line and we had cooler air again. Fast, diligent and honest is how he projects himself. So some preventative maintenance and repair that I was thinking should be done will also happen because of the professionalism of Econoair technician Blake. Even with the rain starting he just systematically did the job he needed to do!

He takes his time explaining what he is doing and makes suggestions that we feel are honest. If possible, we would like to request that Ricardo be assigned to our account whenever our maintenance visit is required.

Econo Air installed our HVAC system four years ago. Twice per year they come to service the system, once for heating and once for AC. We recently had our AC service done by Jesse. As usual the service was easy to schedule. As always, Jesse was prompt and professional. We cannot recommend these guys enough.

I have been using them for 6 years. the office staff is very efficient and cordial. price structure for additional work and maintained should have a discount of some kind for the loyal customers.
