Came into my home in an unmarked white van, outside the scheduled appointment time while my wife - who is 8 months pregnant - was home alone. Diagnosed our drain problem and charged about double what they quoted on me on the phone. Wife asked them to call me. Nick - the tech - called me, I told him I asked Judy - the office lady - to make sure I was notified before proceeding with any work when I scheduled the appointment. He said he didn't have my number so he decided to proceed without notifying me. David the owner eventually called me and demanded I pay, threatening to file a lien on my home if I didn't. I asked him why no one contacted me before performing the repair as I had asked and he claimed my wife told them to proceed. He then called Nick and told him to go back to my home and harass my wife until she paid, which he did. Nick stood outside my front door for 30 minutes to an hour ringing the doorbell and knocking on the glass, yelling at my wife anytime she walked by the door. Unfortunately I was several hours away, as they did not come at the scheduled time, so I was not able to be there. I asked David to have Nick wait until I got there but he refused. Very tough group of guys to pick on a pregnant woman while she is home alone. My wife was so upset about their treatment I called Nick back and paid just to get them to leave. Would love them to come back while I am home but these tough guys won't respond to my calls and texts anymore.

Fantastic service and showed up on time. Would definitely recommend this company. My HVAC system stopped working they came out did a service on it. Now I am good to go for the summer.

The team at EcoGreen did a great job installing a garage light. The technician was very nice and professional and asked if there was anything else he could check for me before he left. He explained they provide many services, including HVAC. Within 3 days they replaced my old AC for a great price.
