Have tried to book an appointment online three times, also spoke to the guy on the phone several times, every time I speak to him, either the morning of the appointment or the day before, he says, ""we don't have an appointment booked for you"". Unbelievable. Why even pick up the phone, or have an online reservation service, you're wasting EVERYONE's time. Yours and ours.

I can't sing enough praise to Eco Plumbing. I had a heating emergency late at night and tried calling many different places that claimed to be 24 hour emergency service but nobody would come out. My fear was my senior mom would get sick but nobody cared. Then I found Moe. He tried walking me through what to do so that I wouldn't be charged and he even sent pictures of parts I was supposed to clean. As I'm not plumbing savvy, I broke another major piece, the igniter, causing another huge issue. When I told Moe he told me he was on his way. He got here in about 15 minutes and was extremely professional. The most important feature for me was that he had the parts he needed with him. I was worried we would have to wait until morning for a supply center to open but Moe arrived fully stocked with what we needed. His patience is unsurpassed as, after he was done with the original issue AND the issue I caused, he was willing to take a look at yet another issue...water that was coming from furnace. After all was said and done, the furnace worked beautifully and the price for all that work was extremely fair. I will call Eco back for regular furnace maintenance. I recommend this company to all!

I had a problem with my AC and called some one else he told me that my whole unit need to be changed and it's going to cast me around 11,000 $ so I called this guys they came in 30 min and it was a loose wire they fixed it for me free of charge love these guys highly recommended.

These people are not only amazing at what they do. Nothing seems to stop them from getting it right, and I feel so lucky to have been saved from the heat by these lovely people. Prices were equally amazing, but it's been some time since I have seen people work this hard.

Didn't show up at all for first scheduled consultation. They came the next day (late) but due to an apparent misunderstanding about what was included in the free consultation, we opted to decline their services.

I hate leaving bad reviews, but seriously don't be fooled this company's employees are scammers. I told the guy what I needed him to fix and gave me a flat fee over the phone. The plumber comes in and charges me extra. I highly recommend looking elsewhere. Also the guy didn't even clean up his mess. Again I hate doing this but I'd rather have people save their time looking elsewhere.

Very good experience. Hot and humid day and one of our central AC units was down. Two and half hours after my call the tech was on site and did a part replacement and it was back running. I can't say what the part cost was but I felt that the repair cost was fair with a quick response.

Don't get near these guys. They came in to fix my heating system. Said they need to replace the electric board for $800 before they can even diagnose the problem. I got another guy that diagnose the problem in 5 minutes, it was the thermostat, a $150 fix. That's a very basic mistake with means they are either just scammers or completely unprofessional.

not worth it! I set up an appointment 5 days prior, confirmed with the man over the phone, took the morning off of work on the day of the appointment and they never showed.
