We bought our home three years ago and hired Eco to install a new tankless water heater and recirculation lines. We've used them many times since for annual maintenance and other plumbing needs. I highly recommend Eco Plumbing. Brandon and Brian were so very helpful - punctual, professional and they took all COVID precautions in these challenging times. My water heater died and they replaced it promptly. It was a very difficult installation - the location of the water heater is highly challenging. In fact, the washer/dryer in the laundry room had to be moved into hallway to gain access to replace water heater. So small is the laundry room where the hot water heater (and furnace) is located, that the door to the laundry room door needed to be removed to move the washer/dryer into the hallway so that the old water heater could be removed and the new water heater be installed. Not a moment was there a grumble - just got the job done! I am most grateful.

We woke up to water all over our garage floor when leaving for work on a weekday, our water heater had failed. Brandon set an appointment for that morning. Ben showed up a few minutes early (nice), and was experienced, professional and quick. We had a new water heater installed by noon. Ben answered my questions about the new product and related parts and the work was excellent. I highly recommend this company.

Eco Plumbing was able to come out for an emergency clog of our drains. Never fun! They tried to snake and, since we have back to back toilets, the snake was going from one to the other. They quickly started digging out the drain line and got the clog fixed. They came back a few days later to install a clean out and used a camera to look in the line. There was an issue with the city's line and they called NapaSan and reported it. I felt very taken care of by everyone at Eco Plumbing. They are efficient and I will recommend them to anyone looking for professional and knowledgable plumbers.

Highest recommendation! Heading into the holidays with plumbing issues is always a terrifying prospect. I asked my bestie for a recommendation, and she gave me Eco Plumbing. Brandon answered my call, came by at 8:00 the next morning, and had our plumbing issues diagnosed by 8:30am. I found him courteous, professional, and thorough... and the price was right!
