We woke up to water all over our garage floor when leaving for work on a weekday, our water heater had failed. Brandon set an appointment for that morning. Ben showed up a few minutes early (nice), and was experienced, professional and quick. We had a new water heater installed by noon. Ben answered my questions about the new product and related parts and the work was excellent. I highly recommend this company.

Eco Plumbing was able to come out for an emergency clog of our drains. Never fun! They tried to snake and, since we have back to back toilets, the snake was going from one to the other. They quickly started digging out the drain line and got the clog fixed. They came back a few days later to install a clean out and used a camera to look in the line. There was an issue with the city's line and they called NapaSan and reported it. I felt very taken care of by everyone at Eco Plumbing. They are efficient and I will recommend them to anyone looking for professional and knowledgable plumbers.

Our water heater went out after almost 16 years, and Brandon had it changed out in less than 3 hours with some assistance from Brian. They worked like a well-oiled machine, getting the job done with expert efficiency. These guys know their craft, and I'm grateful to have made them our #1 local plumber.

Highest recommendation! Heading into the holidays with plumbing issues is always a terrifying prospect. I asked my bestie for a recommendation, and she gave me Eco Plumbing. Brandon answered my call, came by at 8:00 the next morning, and had our plumbing issues diagnosed by 8:30am. I found him courteous, professional, and thorough... and the price was right! I will be calling Eco Plumbing again when we remodel our bathroom. I'm very happy with their services!!

I have used Eco plumbing to fix a drainage issue in my shower and also deal with a leak around my kitchen sink. They were super friendly and showed up right at the beginning of the time window, which i really appreciated!
But the most helpful part of my review is to explain what genuinely KIND guys they are!!! My cat got caught in the storm drain near my house last week and I didn't know who to call--reached out to Eco to see if they could do anything and they were there almost immediately to help! They rescued the kitty and were so, so sweet about it! I was so grateful for the genuinely kind gesture! What great guys! Hire them because they are good at what they do and also because they are super kind people.

It was not explained to me over the phone that there's a weekend emergency rate, and a weekday rate. Nevertheless, the plumber was on time, and friendly, and complimented my DIY job, didn't make me feel stupid. The job was a simple fix, so I overpaid, but it is what is.

My friend called eco plumbing to snake her drain during her baby shower. When it came time to pay the plumbers congratulated her on her pregnancy and told her it was on the house. I believe the plumber that didn't charge her owns the company. He is very generous. And they were professional and fixed the problem promptly. Great company.

Ben showed up right at the beginning of the two hour window. He didn't have an easy problem to fix, but figured it out and fixed it in good time. He explained everything clearly along the way so I felt very confident in his work and that he wasn't wasting time.
