Very professional; swapped out our old water heater and left everything cleaner than how he found it which was a nice touch.

Scheduling: we scheduled for next day am but he was able to come same day as requested and took care of everything necessary.

I had a broken water heater for a long time and I got quotes from a couple of plumbers that were out of our budget, and unfortunately they were not willing to bring down their rates, so I had no other choice but to put the repair on hold, and save up money. As time went on, my family and I learned, and adapted to bathe using old heating water techniques. Those times were humble times. Anyway, one morning I decided to look for help on yelp and came across Eco Plumbing. I read the reviews from customers and each and every review was good, so I decided to give them a call that morning, and I spoke with Andrew about my water heater issue. Andrew, asked me to send photos of the heater, so I did, and I explained to him my financial constraints, he gave me a quote that I couldn't believe, it was significantly less than the past quotes I got from other plumbers. I scheduled an appointment for service and he came to our home to replace the broken water heater in July. Our heating system was missing parts that I didn't know of, and he went above and beyond to complete job nonetheless. He went out to the hardware store to get those parts and came back to complete the job. When he finished he explained everything to me and made sure our water was running hot before he left. This experience enhanced our lives, profoundly.

They've done a load of work for us just the past couple of months and fixed a lot of ongoing problems in a timley manner! They were able to replace the garbage disposal, restore our hot water that had been out for up to a year, replaced our drains and faucets in the bathroom sink, both showers as well as both toilets!!! They were in and out athey were here when they said they would be. we haven't had any problems thus far :)

Unexpected flood under kitchen sink after using the disposal this morning! Called landlord, who called Eco Plumbing.
Andrew & his assistant came after hours, put in a new disposal, made sure everything was working perfectly, & even cleaned up after they were done.
Professional, efficient, & extremely nice. Also very thoughtful, putting covers over their shoes before coming into the apartment.

5 stars! Andrew & his partner Sergei were phenomenal! We've worked with them on two issues in our apartment. One very major - a gas leak. They were quick to come to the site, identify where the leak was and resolve the issue right away (all within a few hours). About a month later our kitchen sink drain failed us. Within 30 minutes Andrew & Sergei arrived and had it fixed. Don't hesitate to hire Eco Plumbing! They are very professional, efficient, responsive, knowledgeable and solutions-oriented.
