If you're a cheapskate, then don't call these people. Get someone under-qualified to do crappy work that will likely cost you more in the long run.

If you want to pay about market-average money for top-quality work, then do call Eco Plumbing and Boiler. They installed a new swamp cooler central air system for me. They did it quickly, they were very thorough, and the price was great.

I'm an independent service provider (computery stuff) and a research nut. I know when I'm getting great service and great value for the dollar. That's why Eco will always be my first call in the future. The force is strong with these people.

Terrible, terrible service. I booked an appointment, and they called me at the time they were supposed to arrive to say they were missing a key tool and couldn't come to my house. We rescheduled; they were 45 minutes late. I called only to find out that they STILL didn't have the necessary tool. They never bothered to let me know, so, in total, I spent 3 hours waiting for nothing. They were totally disorganized and I will never work with them again.

I had a leaky toilet and Eco Plumbing was the first company with a good rating on Yelp to actually answer the phone. They sent Shawn over a couple hours later - he said it was an easy fix so only charged me for a half hour, which was nice. Bonus points because a woman owns this well-run small business!

Called Eco Plumbing last Friday because we had methane gas in our basement. Eco Plumbing setup up an appointment for today from 11a-1p. Tricia showed up exactly on time and was polite, courteous, and professional. Tricia figured out the problem, went to buy supplies, and installed trap guards in our basement floor drains before 1pm. While Tricia was very efficient, she also took time to explain the situation so I could decide what I wanted to do. I felt very informed throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend Eco Plumbing to anyone looking for a high quality Plumbing company

Shawn came out and replaced a toilet we had in our home. He was very considerate, professional and answered all my questions. I would recommend Eco Plumbing to anyone.
Ironically a couple days later the hot water heater at our practice went out and we called Eco and they came out very timely, (Shawn again) and fixed the problem.

I had started my annual battle with my arch nemesis the sprinkler system when the backflow preverntion device broke off. I called ECO and set an apponitment. On time professional and courteous. They fixed the broken pipe and added a couple of unions for me so that I can remove the backflow prevention device every winter and hopefully avoid replacing broken valves anually.

I am so glad I called Eco Plumbing! They were extremely quick to respond (a difficult thing to find), knowledgable and kind.

Chris explained everything in lay-terms so that I could understand exactly what was going on. He was prompt and super friendly. After this one experience, I understand much more about my plumbing than I ever thought I would.

The toilet tank in our Boulder condo suddenly cracked and started leaking. I looked around for a plumber and called several companies asking for immediate help. Most were slow to respond or didn't respond at all! But when I called Eco-Plumbing, they responded immediately. They came right away and replaced the toilet with one that matched my other bathroom fixtures perfectly. They were prompt and reasonable on the price. My plumber was Shawn and he was awesome. Leaking sink on New Years day. No problem, they sent Shawn over 2 hours later. He was knowledgable and courteous and fixed the sink quickly. They only charged me 49 bucks to boot as it was an easy fix. No holiday pricing or anything else.

Highly Recommend!
