The tech was running late and called and said he would be a little late. He was courteous and worked with me setting up my WI-Fi thermostat. We had a hickory and he troubleshot the problem. We are good to go.

Horrible service. Called on a Monday for appointment to coil installed that I ordered. They said they'd be out on Friday. Day before they called to cancel because they won't install parts they didn't order. I'm sure they mark up parts really high to make more profit. Very shady business and would advice everyone to stay away.

An abomination of professionalism and service is what they are. I have a system under a 10 year warranty currently. I called Conditioned on July 20th 2020 to come out and check out my system since it was not cooling. After 3 different technicians, 7 visits and 9 parts replaced, their tech Joe got it running. The first 2 techs Jordan and Asbel could not get it right. I was told that the parts were wrong. Nobody in the office was truthful about questions. I tried to speak to the owner but a woman named Paula pretended to be the owner. I later found out from their tech that Paula is office staff and that the owner doesn't speak to customers. Another employee had the nerve to call and tell me i was going to be responsible for the labor to all the parts they replaced. I did initially pay them for the service call and the labor to replace the initial part that I was told was wrong. Only took 23 days, lies and other bullshit stories from their staff to get my ac unit repaired. Joe the last tech they sent out seemed to be the only person worth keeping on payroll. Jordan, burned up parts in my unit(see attached pics). Asbel, when asked about the work he did, doesn't remember doing the work nor does he remember coming to my home. Yet I have a work order from Asbel with his name and signature on it. Amy the office staff is the one that told me I am responsible for all the labor costs. Paula should be fired for telling me she is the owner and she isn't. Last but not least is Cassy. She is a staff member that told several lies about the parts arriving.
I have since complained to the state as well as filed a formal complaint to the BBB and I want a full refund of the $329.53
