The appointment was forgotten and they arrived a day early. During and upon completion some outside plants were ruined by their careless handling of their equipment.

This is one great company. I spoke to David several times on the phone prior to his coming out to survey the job. We were changing a bathroom into a laundry room and this required a lot of work. David came by and spent a lot of time, carefully looking at every option for running the gas and water lines. He gave me what I thought was a very reasonable price for doing the work.

The following Monday his crew showed up and did such a professional job. Everyone in the crew was polite and courteous and afterward spent a lot of time cleaning up. The new laundry room is great, thanks to Eco-friendly Plumbing!

We had Eco come out for our inspection during escrow, and they gave us a detailed written report that we were able to present during negotiations. After we purchased the house, we had another plumber come out to give us an estimate and they were less expensive, but even though we're a bit house-poor right now, we went with EcoPlumbers because got such a good vibe from them. They just finished the job, and they were on time, helpful, efficient, and friendly. We would definitely use them again, and I would recommend them highly.

Ricky came to my place on his day off. i told him i want to fix the pipe but i don't have the money after 3 days. He gave me a very affordable estimate, offer me to do it now and pay him later. WOW! you don't see customer service like that anymore. so he fixed it and pay him after 3 days. best service so far since i got my house.
