Having vacation rentals makes it imperative that I have an honest, reliable plumber on speed dial. Scott of Eco-Flow Plumbing is just such a plumber. I have been using Eco-Flow for all of my rental properties routine, as well as emergency plumbing needs. Over the past several years Eco-Flow Plumbing has replaced several hot water heaters, snaked main lines, replaced shower valves as well as fixed leaky toilets. Each and every time I call Eco-Flow I receive prompt attention and excellent service. I highly recommend Eco-Flow Plumbing for all of your plumbing needs.

Scott and his crew were very professional all the way. Lupe informed me of the procedure from start to finish of the lateral sewage repair. They were clean and were able to complete the job without destroying my yard or new plants. They were fast and detailed with repair. I strongly recommend Eco Flow for lateral sewage repairs.

I highly recommend Eco-Flow Plumbing!

We've used Scott and his crews at our home for everything from clearing drain blocks, to major shower fixes, to installing tankless water heaters, and they've always come through with flying colors! It's obvious that Scott knows how to pick, and train, people to be both very competent, and personable. They not only get the job done, but also bring a calm professionalism to their work!

Eco-Flow Plumbing is a great company! The telephone contact returned my call quickly, and an appointment was set. My emergency was a plugged sewer line. The technician came on time, and what impressed me the most is he listened to all my concerns. He was efficient and quick, and the price was affordable. If the need arises, I will definitely use their services again. Also it's nice to know they're a local company.

Scott has always been attentive to our needs, I've called help late on a Saturday night, and he has sent the guys out the next day. They've done BIG jobs for us and little jobs for us, even the semi-annual snaking of the washing machine drain.
I love that they are local and that they speak the language of Santa Cruz.

Scott and crew did a very professional job replacing all my main sewer pipes. I thought the price was very fair for a crew of 4 -5 working for three days. Scott also informed me of the City of Santa Cruz rebate program which was an added plus. Eco-Flow will be my ""go to"" plumber. They really cleaned up the area after the job was done. Very happy with Eco-Flow.

Lupe and Scott were both careful, courteous and helpful. They explained the issue to me clearly and did a great job addressing our problem. They cleaned up their work area nicely after they were done and were friendly all the way through. The woman who took my information and did the scheduling was also nice and got the plumbers out here as quickly as possible. We will definitely use their service again.

EcoFlow came to the property where I live and replaced some sewage pipes, and while it appears that work was done relatively quickly and well, this review is about the customer service.

I was not made aware work was going to be done on my property which I fault the property owners/manager with. But I also feel business doing professional work like this on a multi-unit complex should use hang-tags on tenant doors in advance of the work done in case property owners/managers don't inform tenants, as is normal in Santa Cruz area.

I came home one day afterwork to small backhoes in my yard and the yard completely torn up since I wasn't aware of this work to be done. This was during summer so I'd left my windows open (with screens) and the windowsills and areas around the windows were covered in dirt as a result. I have an outdoor living/storage area, and everything there was exposed, so seating, shoes, storage, washer and dryer, etc. - all covered in dirt. I spent hours cleaning and then put down a tarp I bought the next day and the workers gave me attitude about it, and said I didn't need to worry, they would be leaf blowing the dirt away from the area before they were done with the job. They never did.

What they did do, however, was smoke all day while working next to the windows instead of taking smoke breaks down by the cars (unpleasant when you work from home). I found cigarette butts scattered all over my torn up yard. They left empty red bull cans in my yard. They broke paver stones that weren't close to the work being done, then buried them in piles of dirt, which I uncovered when trying to level out the mounds of dirt left all over the yard. They left plastic pipe shavings all over my yard, which my cat kept bringing in the house when she would dig them up from the dirt mounds. They crushed and killed my sage plant. They didn't fill back in the dirt removed so there are big dips and little mounds all over, some of which are really dangerous now, some of which I've found have items underneath them, and now I have to figure out where and how to get dirt to fill it in.

I realize the work done was dirty and intensive work, but I also realize the value of respecting people's home spaces. It's unacceptable to damage personal property, kill plants, and make customers clean up a mess that didn't otherwise exist. Advanced warning, laying down protective tarps, cleaning up after themselves - all would have been simple enough to do.
