I rarely review local businesses on Yelp but feel quite inclined to drop my two-cents here about Eco-Flow. We recently replaced our sewer line which was both an expensive and daunting task! After careful consideration, we chose Eco-Flow. They were both professional and affordable. They gave me a time line and explained thoroughly what they would be doing. They delivered without any issues and made the process easy. It was a large job and I was very satisfied with the service I received. Recently, I had a few ""smaller"" jobs and called to see if they could help. They did and once again, they were quick, easy to work with and affordable. I really appreciated working with them on a large job... and really appreciated the ""no job too small"" service I received. I would wholeheartedly recommend Eco-Service. They are trustworthy, easy to work with and great at what they do!

I cannot say enough good things about ECOFLOW - - the teams that serviced our home are professional, friendly and take the time to thoroughly address and solve the problem at hand.

We have used ECOFLOW multiple times this year; to clear a backed up drain, replace a water heater and finally to address the source of water damage in the ceiling of our garage.

On each occasion the team responded quickly and efficiently resolved the situation. Finally they took the time to explain the problem AND the solution and this makes all the difference in EXPERIENCING BEST IN CLASS service.

These guys rock! I live in a rental unit with tricky plumbing and they have to come out about once a year to clear the kitchen line. Lupe came in, got out the big machine and snaked the pipe all the way through to the front house. This is the fastest and cleanest the kitchen drain has been in the 4 years we've been here. Highly recommend, super professional and well educated group of plumbers. Plus my son loved to watch Lupe and he was great with a 5 year old taking notes:)

I ran into Scott at the bank as he was getting into an Eco-Flow truck 4 years ago. I have used Eco-Flow (Scott and Mike) for 6 small and tiny jobs since then and have always been so pleased that they 1. Show up. 2. Show up quickly when I needed them (not maybe two weeks from Next Tuesday), 3. Show up prepared to finish the work that day, 4. Communicate with excellence and let me know what I need and what I don't really need, and 5. Charge a reasonable price for two workers to do whatever is needed (picking up a new appliance at a store if needed, moving heavy things without damaging floors, etc.)

Scott at Ecoflow was recommended to me by my previous go-to plumber when he switched over to commercial plumbing. I needed an upgrade for my kitchen sink faucet. We were able to work out the details over e-mail and when his plumber came, he was ready to go and the reasonable price was set beforehand. His plumber was in and out quickly with no muss or fuss. The new faucet is perfect and we're very happy with the work done.

He installed a gas line, installed a kitchen sink and faucet, and tightened toilets, and he's always been available, reliable, and knowledgeable. UPDATE - changing to four star review because the owner did work with us to resolve the disagreement after the fact. Also, the actual workers were very thorough and professional. We still have a leak in the tub, but it wasn't due to incorrect instillation of the spout.

First of all, this review is only for the poor customer service we received from the owner. His employees were extremely professional and skilled in their work. The one star review is due to the owner's reaction to a billing disagreement. He was both dishonest and disrespectful when he interacted with me. Here are the details: I was quoted $100 to fix a tub faucet if it would take an hour or less. The job took less than an hour and the worker left stating he was going to charge what I was quoted. I then got a call from the owner saying his hourly is 120 and that he needed to charge me 20 for parts, too. A total of 140. When I said that I had been quoted 100 and that the job took less than an hour, the owner said that his employee was ""tied up for three hours"" because we are located in Boulder creek. That statement was a LIE. The worker told us while he was working that he lives in Boulder creek and that he had come to our house from his on his NORMAL COMMUTE. So, in order to charge the full hour, the owner lied about the amount of time it took to get to our house. Then, he said that he needed to charge $20 for ""materials"". We provided the new tub spout ourselves, and all that the worker had to provide was two pieces of standard copper piping. I know where he purchased them and asked someone I know who works there. She told me those parts cost less than $5. Finally, because he took my credit card down wrong he proceeded to call me several times AND text me to get the correct number. I was about to go to bed when I saw it and texted that I would call him in the morning. So what does he do? He calls me back at 7:30 and wakes me up.
