Unlike the previous reviews, I had a great experience with this company. Dennis, the technician, diagnosed and provided me with options in terms of size and type of grinder pump required for our situation. He kept me up to date on each step of the process. The installation went without a hitch
I would not hesitate to recommend this company in regards to grinder pump issues.

The absolute worst. A complete nightmare to work with, took several weeks to start the job (after being paid) and lied about inspection reports. Never answers the phone or calls back. Disappears for weeks mid job. The absolute worst. I wish I could give negative stars, actually I wish I could time travel back in time to save my self the nightmare. I can't stress enough what a complete shit company this is. Shit shit shit. Actually shit would have done a better job and be more professional than this con man douche .

If there was an option to rate in the negative, it would be to generous for this company. The technician that came out (wont mention his name...begins with a D) took over a week to provide me with a very basic septic report after countless unanswered phone calls and voicemail attempts. Started well with the introduction, then dropped the ball completly with the follow thru. NEVER will i EVER use, nor recommend this company to anyone i know or dont know. Dont be fooled.
