Finally, an appliance installer who is prompt, honest, thorough, and reliable. They came at 8:00am, installed my dishwasher for a reasonable price (must less than other quotes I got), and didn't give me any of the usual run-around about missing parts, permits needed, blah blah blah, that other companies try to pull to make extra money.

Dakoto (sp?) and his co-worker came and installed our appliances today. They were professional, helpful and really knew what they were doing. They were swift but were very careful and made sure things were done right. I would definitely recommend them! They aren't cheap but are on par with other installers. At least you know they will do a fantastic job!

to be trimmed 1/2 inch on both sides to fit the new wider oven. also had to create a shelf for new oven to sit on because the new oven was 6-8 inches shorter than the old one. Eclipse can sell and order the matching oven trim to cover the newly created gap which they mail directly to your home. The pricing was open and upfront, it's fair for what you get because the guys do a nice clean install as they do these types of installs regularly.

We bought our dishwasher through Lows and it was just installed by Rodríguez at Eclipse. After having so many negative experiences with appliance repair and installation, my expectations are reasonable. I am always ""on- guard"" whenever I have anyone doing work in our house. I was so pleasantly surprised with Eclipse starting with text reminder/confirmation the day before, technician arriving right on time, completing the work with professionalism, and cleaning-up the area! This is something I always expect but rarely get!

After buying a dishwasher from Home Depot, and having 3 of their ""technicians"" fail to install my dishwasher, I decided to call Eclipse, and they got the job done! From the lady that helped me schedule my appointment, to Kyle installing my dishwasher, this group is extremely professional and got the job done without any excuses. It wasn't a simple install, and Kyle went above and beyond to make sure we had our new dishwasher installed. I highly recommend Eclipse, especially if you've been given the run-around from other companies

We needed our 11 year old dishwasher replaced and had bought the new one on Amazon from a vendor on the east coast. Fortunately it arrived early and in good condition, but we needed to have installed. We chose Eclipse because of its high ratings. Kyle completed the work quickly and efficiently, including repairing or replacing some corroded connectors under the sink. His skill was impressive, and the charges were fair. He saved me from having to order a ""special pickup"" by hauling our old dishwasher away. I'd recommend Eclipse and Kyle without hesitation

I'm so surprised to read so many good reviews. It makes me suspicious as to their authenticity. While the installer Jeff correctly installed my new oven, before he left he told me that because he had to cut away a small area to make the new oven fit, he would have to write up an invoice for an additional $45 beyond what was charged by Home Depot, unless I would pay him cash under the table. It was so uncomfortable being scammed in the privacy of my own home. I had to give him $30 additional cash. The following day I called the manager, Shawn, to report what had happened. Not much comment from him . He didn't seem surprised or offer an apology but when I asked to be reimbursed, he said he would mail me a check. I never received a check as promised, so I called him again to remind him. He said he'd forgotten about it and that Eclipse had already been paid for their services by Home Depot. (So apparently that was all that was important to him.) He again said that he would send me a reimbursement check, which again, I have not received over a week later. My original thought was that he would want to know if someone in his company was stealing/scamming customers, but now I'm thinking this must be the way they do business. What's so difficult about just being decent human beings and performing HONEST work?

I would have given them 5 stars, but for one thing. When I scheduled the appt, I explained it has to be for noon or after. I got a text the morning of their arrival that they would be there 10am-noon and said they could change it. That caused me to have to juggle somethings - but after that, they were perfect. On time, reliable, pleasant. I will hire them again, if it's only for installation of an appliance

Look no further if you are needing to have any kind of an appliance installed. From my first contact with Stephanie to schedule installation to the actual install date with Sean and his crew, I was truly amazed with their great customer service, follow through and what an exception job they did installing 6 appliances and haul off of my old appliances. They take such pride in their work, did an amazing job and kept everything clean while they worked. I give them 10 stars and highly recommend this company. It is wonderful to know that there are still services out there who provide excellent customer and workmanship. 5 STARS for sure!!
