This company is unethical and unprofessional. I made two appointments for AC repair (they didn't show the first time) and they never showed for the second one. No call. Nothing. Wish I could offer zero stars!

My 80 yr old parents live in Okechobee, FL. The temperature this week was 89 degrees with feel like 103. Their(under warranty) air conditioner went out 7 days ago. It took them 3 days to show. After a scheduled visit that they didn't show or call. After a visit to their office, they promised it would be fixed on day 8. It's now after hours, no call, no show again. This company is shit. Not even a courtesy call. This should be illegal. 0 stars for this shit company.

Called a plumber for shower leak behind the wall. They came in a couple hours when they were scheduled. The workers name was John, he was very nice and friendly. Was done in 2 hours found the leak. And the price was reasonable a lot less then what i expected for the work he did and the labor he had to do.

After the company said it was interested in giving a bid/estimate for the plumbing work I wanted done at my barn, I sent the plans to the company. For the next 9 days I worked with Echols - answering its questions and providing relevant information - so that it would be fully informed when formulating its bid. Low and behold the company, through a very nice women, said that due to """"unforeseen circumstances"""" it would not be bidding on my project. No explanation was given as to what the unforeseen circumstances were. No call from the owner even after I requested he call me so that I could understand if maybe there was some kind of problem with my plans, etc. Or maybe the job was not profitable enough for the company (although the company's website says No job too small or too big. I wasted 9 days of my time with this company , and it did not even has the respect to discuss the matter with me. Instead it used an employee to do its dirty work. I guess in hindsight this is good. Who knows how the company would have performed if it did bid and undertook the work.

Thank you Echol's for a quick response and removing the sewer line obstruction to our apartment complex. Christine was very helpful in scheduling a service call right away and Garen & Dale were very knowledgeable in getting the job done!!

Fast, polite, reliable, and fixed the problem in under an hour. The hourly rate at the time was 108 an hour, but they said my problem would not take them an hour and they were done in 30 minutes. I recommend Echols.
