Wouldn't provide a quote or a price range over the phone to clean out a shower drain. Like some other businesses, they would rather send someone out who is prepared to do the work to tell you the cost and you have to turn them down if it is too expensive. The technician said that the $275 price he quoted was the minimum for using the snake. If there is a minimum cost, why do they refuse to provide that information? I think the answer is clear.

We discovered that our water heater was leaking late last night, and I immediately started reaching out to plumbers with good Yelp reviews. Echo got back to me almost immediately and offered to come out first thing this morning. After arriving at our house on time, Chris from Echo did a great job of explaining where the leak was coming from and going over my options. I opted for a new water heater as ours was the original and 20 years old, and Chris was able to immediately install everything for us. Once the job was completed, he took the time to educate me on the new system and to provide me with maintenance tips. Fantastic service and a true life-saver! I highly recommend Echo for any water heater or other plumbing issues.

Within 45 mins of taking my request for service, Miguel and an associate arrived at the house, that was AWESOME!
They diagnosed the problem as being, a clog within the toilet bowl and not what I had originally thought it would be (a clog in the line under the house! This saved me some money to fix because to have to ""snake"" the outside lines takes a little more time but they were able to fix the problem with an auger directly through the toilet.
I really appreciated this companies honesty, as I have been hijacked by services in the past. Miguel and his associate were very professional and pleasant and, as always is a happy surprise, they were careful not to create alot for me to clean up and I REALLY appreciate that, I cant tell you enough!! So thanks Echo Plumbing for a job well done!!

Called to have a busted garbage disposal replaced, he was responsive, extremely knowledgeable and did amazing work. Chris quickly diagnosed the problem, made suggestions (while hearing me out and NOT being pushy) and got the job done!

There are some other projects that I need done and I plan to have Echo Plumbing complete them all.

10/10 recommendation!
