Cody installed a new water heater, water valve and gas valve. He was on time (we are in Murrieta) and provided a fully disclosed estimate up front. He worked super hard and left the work area clean and neat when finished. I asked a number of questions and he was knowledgeable and informative. Final billing was exactly as estimated up front. Had a emergency today! Water main line to toilet busted open out of no where omg!!! Help! Help! Help! I looked to Yelp! Yelp! Yelp! This company communicated immediately and sent a representative out within 2 hours. The rep was wearing his mask which is important in the epidemic right now, quick to fix the problem, and professional. I appreciate the speedy service and they will be my go to first in the future if other issues arise.

Recently our water heater went out and we decided to upgrade to an external tankless water heater. We went with Echo because of the type of water heater they install (Navien NPE-180A). The install took a full day, with the guys staying well into the evening to clean up. We had to also install an outlet, which Echo contracted out for with a great electrician. After the install, the guys came back to paint the mounting platform to match our house. The care and attention to detail was fantastic. We might have been able to get a cheaper system installed by another company, but I really believe you get what you pay for. And with the current rebates from the Gas Company, the install was very affordable. Bottom line: we trust these guys. They're honest, reliable, and stand by their word.

We had Brian come out from Echo plumbing and give us a estimate. I had four different companies give estimates and Brian was the only one that went into my attic to see how far are galvanized plumbing went. He was one of the most thorough plumbers and most knowledgeable. I do not go with companies just because they are the cheapest, however Brians price, explanation and thoroughness made the most sense. When they were done after two long days of work they clean their mess up and went over everything they did. What a great experience thank you Brian and Echo plumbing.
