These guys were recommended to us by a neighbor. Initial installation of a condo water heater was good. In fact, the guys helped with an unrelated building plumbing issue, which was great.

However, the pilot light kept going out on the water heater. I was able to get someone to come over and take a look, but it didn't seem to solve anything. It has gone out several times since.

Since then, the water heater got tagged by Excel as improperly installed. I have called and left messages every day for a week with no response. Today, their phone number appears to have been disconnected.

Nice guys, but do not recommend.

Made an appointment yesterday with Jason for 130 today. Called him at 2 and he texted he was in a meeting. I called the answering service and left a message for the owner Eddie. Never heard from him either. I got this referral from a friend. I'll let her know so she doesn't refer anyone else

Spoke with Jason from EC on Monday about getting a tankless water heater installed. This is a non-trivial upgrade which I was roughly quote for $3200. Decent price as it requires different venting and other changes from a standard water heater.

Now it is Wednesday, 50 minutes after the scheduled time. I just called Jason up and they had nothing on their calendar and no technician dispatched to my house. It's one thing to be late/get held up and give a courtesy call, but to verbally schedule something and simply not mark it down on a calendar? Yeah...I'll let someone more trustworthy work on dangerous gas appliances if they can't even figure out how calendars work.

Good solid plumbers who won't try to rob you. I had quotes that were more than double for a basic water heater install. These guys do good work with no shenanigans.

This is a great company. They did an emergency water main repair in the freezing weather and worked past midnight so I could have water. It was a really tough job. The customer service was excellent!

In need of a new water heater. Spoke with Melissa on the phone, she was polite and knowledgeable, and gave me a number of considerations to think about prior to any estimate. Went ahead and scheduled an estimate.

Nobody showed up to the estimate. After about a half hour of waiting past the scheduled time I called to see if they were coming, the lady who answered the phone told me she would find out where my plumber was and get back to me. About 15 minutes later a guy called me to let me know that he hadn't even made it to the office yet, he still had to go get a service van then drive to my location. Very disappointing as the other reviews here seem to be so positive.

We called EC Plumbing to unclog our sink. They came out first thing the next day, arrived early, and when they were unable to make the repair, did not charge us anything and gave us tips on what steps to take next. Great customer service!

I hired EC Plumbing because Eric was prompt to contact me and scheduled the work to be completed within my needed timeframe. Chris showed up as scheduled and completed the work in a professional and timely manner. I am very happy with the quality of water heater he installed (50 Gal. EC Plumbing is a great business with superior customer support!

They came to my house during off hours with a positive attitude and the tools needed to get the job done. A previous plumber came out without a long enough snake to properly clear my clog. All he did was push the clog out further. EC Plumbing came with a $5000 snake that reached out over 80' and not only broke the clog but retrieved the blockage so there wouldn't be future issues.

I dig this company, do not hesitate to call them first!
