I used EC plumbing on Tuesday the 12th to snake a toilet for $150 and the very next day Wednesday the toilet backed up again. I reached out to EC plumbing through text to honor my warranty, he said it will cost me another $250 to re-snake. I then called and he did not answer. He later respond with a text stating he just arrived at the gym, and would call me later, but he never called.

On Thursday the 14th in the morning, I called EC plumbing again to honor my warranty and got zero answer. The message I left said I need this toilet repaired. It is my mothers bathroom and She cannot go upstairs and he never responded. I also ask if he wanted me to use another plumbing company and he still never responded or honored my warranty.

In all, I never heard from EC plumbing again and did not receive my warranty and I had to use a different plumbing company that cost me $200 I am very disappointed with EC plumbing.

I have an old Rhmee water heater bought in 2015 that starts leaking. Therefore, I was looking for a reputable plumber to install a new 40-gallon Natual gas hot water heater. I specifically would like to use ""Bradford White"".
Eric gave a competitive quote and was willing to do the job quickly. He did a good job within the same day. I appreciate his hard work.

We had a special project. Changing out a composting toilet in our tiny house to a normal flushing toilet and changing out all the pipes underneath our house to connect to our septic cleanout pipe in the back yard. Eric came out right way for a quote and really seemed to know what he was taking about. Plus he was able to do the job within a week and was very flexible with the scheduling. The day of was terrible weather to work outside so I thought he'd want to postpone it which I totally would have understood but he said no, they'd work in any kind of weather and not reschedule. It turned out to be a beautiful day but I appreciated his willingness to do the job at the appointed time in any weather. He and his brother busted out the whole job in about 5 1/2 hours which seemed quick to me. And that included going to pick up extra parts (due to my forgetting that we needed a water line added for the new toilet) and fixing two parts on two different showers inside my main home as well! This was extra but it was great to have him onsite to ask questions and do additional work that we hadn't even discussed! He and his brother were more than happy to help in any way that they could. It seemed like a reasonable price and we definitely got quality work. Very reliable, very friendly and very professional. If you're looking for those things in a plumber call Eric for sure!
