Beware - this company is less than reputable! We were scheduled to have an annual A/C check and tune-up -- higher priced than their competitors mind you - and when they showed for the appointment, they were unable to do the work because I had an immovable vehicle that prevented them from working. I asked their service technician, Zane, if he could do the outside work and we could reschedule the inside work. He responded 'No' and suggested we reschedule when the vehicle could be out of the way. So he left, having done NO WORK. Was I surprised to receive an invoice from them, indicating they had completed the work. What an untrustworthy company to lie about having performed work and expecting payment when NO WORK WAS PERFORMED! My advice: find yourself a reputable company since there are plenty in the area who do great work and at a lesser cost!!

EXECELLENT service by Ebens Air Conditioning & Plumbing!!!! I am totally impressed in the manner in which my system was reviewed by Mr. Justin Dacres. After the review Mr. Dacres took the time to review his findings with me and my Project Manager. The pictures were valuable to both of us in understanding the current situation (pictures tell a thousand words.) Without hesitation, I hired Mr. Justin Dacres to completed the deficiencies of my system. My system is now running like a champion. I am so happy that we hired Ebens Air Conditioning & Plumbing. My compressor was making loud noises and the unit was struggling to cool the house. The Ebens team was prompt. Brian knew exactly what the issue was and went right to work. The job was completed within 30 minutes and my house was already cooling down. The compressor was so much quieter. I was so happy with their work that I even purchased a service policy. I would highly recommend Ebens Air Conditioning.
