Talk about PROMPT SERVICE! What had happened was.... I ordered a refrigerator. When it arrived, the delivery man said the ice maker valve needed to be changed from plastic to metal or the warranty would not be valid. Grrrrrrr! No new fridge.

So, back to Yelp I come to look for a plumber to change this valve. I put out the SOS to three companies, and Ebenezer Plumbing responded IMMEDIATELY. He had availability the next day, but I asked if he could come immediately (as I'd already taken off work and needed the fridge), and he was able. WONT HE DO IT!!

I called around noon, and by 1530 he was in my home assessing my situation. I relayed what the delivery man said; he advised another option. At this point, I'm so confused. I asked if I could have some time to research (because that's what I do) and get back to him. He was great, prompt, courteous, and professional. I'll update.

Khuma was wonderful. I had a backyard hose bib that had been leaking for some time. He came out first thing next day and was professional throughout. He texted me when he was on the way, wore shoe protectors when entering our home and explained the entire process of replacing the hose bib.
