My AC condenser unit stopped working at my place in Arnold, as the system was ~20 years old, I was expecting it required a full replacement. Called around looking for someone to have a look only to get 1-2 week lead-times just to diagnose the system. Donna and Tom were able to squeeze an appointment in within 2 days. Tom was on time and performed a quick diagnosis. It only needed a start-up capacitor. 1 hour later my system was up and running. This is the second time I've had them out to fix a heating or cooling issue. My experience was the same on both incidences. They were professional, insightful, quick, and fair. My bill was very reasonable.

We were desperate for a plumber, and after calling numerous businesses, Ebbetts Pass plumbing and heating was the only one that timely reached back to us and followed through on their commitment. We have used him on three occasions, over the past six years. The first time was when our heater went out in the winter. I called four companies on a Friday afternoon and he was the only one who responded before Monday. Tom fixed the problem quickly. A couple of months later another heater part malfunctioned and Tom fixed that problem in a timely manner.
This week the lower thermostat on our electric heater went out. Tom fixed the problem and charged us a reasonable price. I have always felt that we our getting our money's worth when conducting business with Tom and his pleasant wife Donna.

On a weekend at our cabin in Dorrington with 2 feet of snow we had a water main leak. I closed the main valve. We started calling local plumbers hoping to get someone to come out ASAP. Left several messages to various companies. Within 30 to 45 minutes we received a call back from Tom at Ebbetts Pass Plumbing. He said he would be on his way. Within 30 minutes Tom arrived and fixed the water main leak in about 1 hour.

Other companies returned calls with one to two days. Ebbetts Pass Plumbing went the extra mile on a winter weekend day. They are our go to company in the future. Tom has is knowledgeable and has a great personality.

Arrived at our cabin on Friday afternoon around 2:00 in Pinebrook...about an hour after we finished unloading the car, my wife noticed that we had NO hot water! So around 3:30 I called Ebbetts Pass Plumbing and Heating, hoping that someone could come out the following morning to take a look at our water heater. Tom, the Owner, answered the call, and told me that he would be at my home within an hour...on a Friday afternoon!

Sure enough, he arrived on time, and we went under the house to examine my electric water heater. While he diagnosed the problem, he managed to teach me more about electric water heaters than I ever thought I would know! What a nice guy, and what great service.
