For those who have worked with us before, we maintain your records and will contact you at the start of the month when your inspection is due. We conduct inspections, perform repairs if needed, and send the results to the city. The inspection results is delivered to your door for you to pay at your leisure. Hi, I’m Mark Ficocelli, the founder of Ebb & Flows Backflow Testing based in Leesburg, Florida.

I began my career as a certified backflow inspector in 2011, evaluating backflow devices as I worked in maintenance at Highland Lakes community. Initially, it was a small side business with a few hundred clients transformed into a successful business with several thousand clients. In the year 2019, I was introduced to Lynn Heizer, who owned Ebb and Flows. After her husband, Wayne, passed away unexpectedly, I provided my support as a temporary solution. Soon after, Lynn invited me to purchase the business, and that’s how I became the owner. It has been a privilege to carry on Wayne's legacy and to carry forward his dedication to craftsmanship is something I take great pride in in my work.

I conduct inspections in various communities in Leesburg throughout the Highway 441/27 corridor, including the 441 highway.

The aspect I value most about being a small business owner and providing backflow device inspections is the chance to offer great customer care. I genuinely care about service, and I am committed to promptly returning calls and exceeding expectations. It is my goal is to create a great experience for my customers by being courteous and professional, and getting their devices inspected and the results submitted to the city in a timely manner.
