If you’re already a customer, we have your details saved and will give you a call at the beginning of the month when it’s time for your inspection. We inspect, make necessary repairs, and report findings to the city. The paperwork will be left at your doorstep for your convenience whenever you wish. It’s that simple!

Greetings, I’m Mark Ficocelli, the founder of Ebb & Flows Backflow Testing located in Leesburg, Florida.

I became a certified backflow inspector in 2011, inspecting backflow devices as I worked in maintenance at Highland Lakes community. Initially, it was a small side business with a few hundred clients has now grown into a flourishing business with several thousand clients. In the year 2019, I was introduced to Lynn Heizer, the owner of Ebb and Flows. After her husband, Wayne, passed away unexpectedly, I offered my assistance as a temporary solution. Before long, Lynn invited me to purchase the business, and the rest is history. I feel honored to uphold Wayne's legacy and maintaining his standards of quality and service is something I take great pride in in my work.

I perform device inspections in various communities in Leesburg along the Highway 441/27 corridor, including the 441 highway.

What I appreciate most about being a small business owner while delivering backflow device inspections is the chance to provide outstanding service.
