3 days without water, 3 failed repair attempts (the pipes literally broke apart ALL THREE TIMES when we turned the water back on), $500 literally down the drain...

This was one of the worst experiences we've ever had with any repairman, ever. When we called a professional plumber to fix his mistakes they said it looked like he hadn't even used any cement on some of the pipe joints (which is why they didn't hold together). They fixed the pipes in 8 hours without any issues...

When I called Eli and told him that his repair failed for the third time he said that ""outside plumbing"" wasn't his specialty. Never bothered to offer a refund or make it right.

My husband and I definitely recommend EB Plumbing for all of your plumbing needs. We have had Eli come out twice on two different emergencies (leaky sink and a leaky toilet). Both times he was able to come out to our home within the hour. He is very personable and knows exactly what he's doing. His prices are very reasonable. Because we were so content with his work, we had him come out for a third time! This time we had him (and his apprentice) replace our 10 year old toilets with awesome water efficient ones. The removal of the old toilets and installation of the new ones were a breeze and took up only a portion of the morning. We are happy to say that we love the new toilets and the great work he did. We will definitely call him again for our next job!

Eli is amazing...i never saw the guy but my water pipe burst at 11:30pm and needed water to shower and poop. Called him up the next day while i was at work and he showed up to my place and got the job done without my presence. I had to ask a friend to drop by and pay him because he didnt accept debit or credit. Overall, pleased with the job, now i can drop a deuce.

Believe it or not, Eli Benshushan is the man of your dreams. Professional, older man-candy and very personable. I called, he answered, we spoke about the problem (clogged kitchen sink), and he came over at my time period, versus what normal plumbers want, at their time period. My sink was cleared within 15 minutes and for a very reasonable fee. And he even went out of his way to fix my kitchen sink nozzle, at no charge, when I commented that I was not happy with my water pressure. Now, how good can that be! ....Accepts cash or check

We woke up to a cold shower on a Sunday morning, the day of my best friend's wedding. After hours spent trying to get someone to service our water heater before next week / millennium, we stumbled upon EB Plumbing. Eli said he'd come within an hour and he kept his word. After that, the process was painless - he diagnosed it, replaced the part, turned it on, and - voila! - of course it worked!

It is hard to find professional contractors you can trust to treat both you and your home with respect. I found Eli when one of our upstairs bathrooms began leaking into our downstairs bathroom. He quickly diagnosed the problem and within an hour the leak was gone. In addition he asked me to contact him just to ensure that all was well after this initial diagnosis and repair. He cleaned up the work area and left our home very clean. Upon learning that we had recently purchased the property and that I had no confidence in the contractors who were hand-picked by the home warranty company Eli took the time to teach me a few things about our home's plumbing system. Thank you Eli for your prompt response and for helping us with a very annoying and potentially expensive home repair. I found Eli on Yelp and he's fully deserving of his reviews. The first time he came out on a Saturday within 10 minutes of me calling (I think he lives about a mile away). He's fixed pipe leaks for me twice and is very efficient, quick, has reasonable prices, and does excellent work.

Our water heater sprung a leak. Eli told me he was in the middle of a project he could not leave, but gave me a timeframe when I could expect him to come replace my water heater. He was prompt and efficient in draining the old heater and replacing it with a new comparable one. He was trying to pack to go on vacation, but when it seemed the new heater was not staying lit properly, he purchased another one and came and swapped it out so we would be comfortable and not have to deal with finding another plumber in his absence. Turned out not to be a faulty heater, but he was very patient and considerate in helping us resolve our heater issues after installing #2 even though he needed to be at home packing for his scheduled trip.

I would definitely have him come to work on our plumbing issues in the future.
