Simple an outstanding company to deal with. After two days of frustrated digging trying to find a leak in my home's main water line, I called in EB Leak Detection. My hat is off to Eric, the company's owner, who came out and detected where the leak originated. Additionally, a well done to Jordan and Rilyn who made the repairs all the while not laughing at the five by two foot trench I dug in my attempt to find the source of the leak. Bottom line, if you have a leak, call these guys.

Eric did an excellent job testing, deducting and fixing the cause of the problem with our pool system. He was on time, professional and very reasonably priced. I would use him again (tho I hope I don't need to :) )

Eric was super professional in responding to my inquiry, arranging a prompt time and was very thorough in inspecting the property. While the leak was outside at the irrigation system, he also inspected all the toilets as well as the main and irrigation lines coming from the house and found several other problems. He fixed the main leak and made recommendations on the other issues as well as a timeline as to when they should be repaired.

Totally satisfied with all the work done - which was primarily the inspection and a small repair. I did not price other services so I cannot speak to value but he definitely seems to know his stuff!

Erik came out and was very professional. Performed a pressure test which confirmed a leak, and he was able to narrow it down to a hot water pipe and find the pipe in the wall, cut out the wall, and found the exact spot of the leak all within two hours. Very efficient and professional. I couldn't have found that leak without tearing apart my entire house. Very happy I called him!

Our pool leak during the hottest days of the summer was concerning. We called Eric and him and his team arranged to come out in the same week! Do you have a leak in your pool or spa? Have you had companies out to look at it and they left you with a not-so-good feeling? Well, if you are tired of ""used car salesmen"" that went into the ""pool leak detection"" business, then look no further. EB Leak Detection will restore your faith in the ""Leak Detection Industry"".

We had a complete spa and pool re-plastering and re-tiling done in the spring of 2022. The salesperson from the pool plaster company said, ""Don't worry about the spa leak, I've been around pools for 50+ years and the re-plastering and re-tiling will FOR SURE fix your leak."" ""Trust Me"".

Well many $$$ later, the pool and spa looked beautiful, but WE STILL HAD A LEAK. I had two ""questionable experiences"" with Sacramento area leak detection companies that will remain unnamed. I will just say they were not positive experiences and they did cost me money.

Fortunately I lucked out and found Erik Beck, owner of EB Leak Detection. Right off the bat when I first met Erik, it was a totally different feeling. Erik is very personable, listens well, and is quite skilled. He has 10 years of experience working for other leak detection companies and pool companies. He felt he could do a better job than his former companies, and so about a year or two ago opened his own business.

Did I mention that Erik is also a licensed plumber? That is a real bonus when you are trying to track down pool leaks. Erik found a leak with his high tech leak detection equipment and his two workers Rilyn and Jordan, carefully dug up the concrete decking next to the spa to repair it. Unfortunately, that was not our only leak. Erik came back out with diving gear and was able to find a SECOND leak going out the back side of the LED light along the power cord. We had new LED lights put in and the cord did not get wrapped and waterproofed.

So in summary, it was a delight to work with Erik, Rilyn and Jordan. Competent, friendly, persistent, honest, and a breath of fresh air in an industry that has a very shady feel to it. So if you have a pool leak, Erik definitely is your guy. I told him he should change his company name to ""The Leak Detective"", because he does not give up, and he certainly had many opportunities to give up and throw in the towel on my leak(s) because they were not easy to find, and the two companies that came before him WERE NOT EVEN CLOSE to what the cause of the leaks were.

I highly recommend the company. Erik with EB Leak Detection was amazing. I had a major pool leak that was leaking about 2 inches per day. Erik found the leak several feet below found and even helped dig down to the leak so I could see exactly where the break was in the pipe broken. Couldn't have had a better experience, Thanks again!
