I highly recommend this company! Very professional, honest, fast, courteous and shows up exactly when he says. I called Erik when I discovered I had a water leak somewhere near the main water line going into my house under concrete! He called me back within 30 minutes and came out the same day. Within 2 hours he not only pinpointed exactly where the leak was (under the concrete), but he also assessed my pool and found two additional leaks in the skimmers that I was unaware of. He was able to put a long-term but temporary fix in place to stop both skimmer leaks, but we had to schedule the repair for the leak under the concrete. He scheduled me for two days out and returned on-time when he said he would and cut a small square (~18""x18"") where his equipment ""heard"" the leak. It turned out the hole he cut was EXACTLY above where the leak was. When he cut out the old pipe section where the leak was he showed me where it was leaking (turned out the elbow had 3 cracks!). He explained the cracks were due to pressure on the elbow, most likely due to settling issues over time. He recommended a repair that would alleviate future pressure. The total repair time was about 3 hours! He then pressure tested the water main after the repair to confirm no more leaks existed anywhere on our property. The repair cost was very reasonable and EXACTLY what he said it would be and his work was exceptional. Couldn't be more pleased with the outcome and the level of service he provided!

Erik was amazing! We were digging for sewer line replacement and building a fence. We tried the 811 ""Call before you dig"" but the gas meter is on the front house and the line to the back house was our line & something that PG & E wasn't able to mark or locate. I found Erik on Yelp and he was perfect in locating the gas line and marking it and sending us a report complete with pictures via email as well. I was in a panic when I discovered water dripping from my living room ceiling last Thursday. I knew it was probably coming from my upstairs master bathroom. I checked Yelp and saw the reviews for EB Leak Detection. I called the company and Erik came out the very next morning. He was prompt, courteous and very professional. He was also very thorough and explained every test he was conducting on the shower, toilet and faucets. He found most of the water was coming from a crack in the caulking on the shower wall and some small areas of grout near the drain. His price was fair and the repair will be fairly easy. This was such a relief. He followed up by emailing me a copy of the report today. I am very grateful and highly recommend Erik for any leak detection problems.

Major leak at main shut on/off valve for our house.

We had San Juan water out to help us find a leak. Once located to a general area, I called three leak detection companies to pinpoint said leak and get quote to repair. This was on a Thursday and all three companies could not get to us to even pinpoint the leak until the following Wednesday at the earliest. And if it was raining, we'd have to reschedule. I called EB and Erik was able to fit us in later that day. Eric located the leak in 10 minutes and had quote prepared for me immediately. I scheduled right then and there to have leak repaired on Saturday.

Eric was extremely professional and prompt. Excellent communication and I feel price was fair. Throughout the entire repair Eric would update me. He showed me the leak, the actual cracked pipe, why/how it cracked and how he would repair it. I saw the finished job before he repaired the cement. The patch job on my cement was perfect. The next day Eric sent me a detailed report and photos of the repair before and after.
