Shannon P.Eayers plumbed our new cabin through our builder. When we were ready for the final hookups, we called them in to finish up. There was an overcharge on our bill - we called - they checked records - and they fixed it. We had an issue with the on-demand hot water heater hookup and they came out and fixed it. Since it was such a recent install and was an issue with the condensation route they'd installed, it was free. Not cheap, but it's plumbing, so what do you expect?!? Quality work: check, responsive and friendly customer service: check! We are happy with their service and wanted to share the sparkly feelings.
