I cannot express how impressed I was with EAVA Drains. The communication (texts) were friendly, professional, and timely. Elbert, the technician who service our clogged kitchen sink, was extremely friendly and ultra-professional. He explained the process with the augur/snake (75'). The project was fast, and the fee was very reasonable. We were fortunate to have had a technician available ""same day,"" and it was awesome to have our sink back!

After the main project was complete, Elbert took a look around afterward at some other projects I had mentioned. It was late in the day (we were his last stop after a long day), but he took the time to explain things REALLY well to help make sure I ""got it.""

I have ZERO hesitation recommending the company and intend to use them in the future. A+ all-around!

These guys did a great job and were very professional and friendly. Had a very badly clogged pipe causing the kitchen sink to back up. Called a different company who came out and was unable to clear the clog using their snake, they wanted to charge a ridiculous amount to have the drain hydrojetted. I told them I was getting a second opinion. EAVA came out and was able to clear the clog using the snake, still recommended the hydrojet and wanted to charge a much more reasonable price than the first company. They also were not pushy or trying to pressure me. I had the drain jetted even though they fixed it with the snake and they showed me the pipe on a camera which was still heavily caked with fat build up over the years. Afterwards, it was totally clean.

Highly recommend this company, very straightforward and they don't price gouge.

So many 5 star reviews. I was wondering if they were all fake. Nope. EAVA Drains earned them all. I had flushed my parents' water heater and now the pressure relief valve was leaking and the shower pressure was off. I found EAVA on a Wednesday night at 8. I called and a polite lady schedule my appointment for the next day with a 9 to 11 window. Showed up right at 9. Super polite. Covered his shoes with shoecovers. The covers went on and off every time he went in and out of the house. Very considerate. Total was about $250 which I found to be reasonable. Problems fixed!

Came the same day I called. The technician was experienced and helpful. He figured out what was wrong and fixed it in a pretty quick fashion. He was respectful and clean in addition. We have found our new plumbers
