These guys did a great job and were very professional and friendly. Had a very badly clogged pipe causing the kitchen sink to back up. Called a different company who came out and was unable to clear the clog using their snake, they wanted to charge a ridiculous amount to have the drain hydrojetted. I told them I was getting a second opinion. EAVA came out and was able to clear the clog using the snake, still recommended the hydrojet and wanted to charge a much more reasonable price than the first company. They also were not pushy or trying to pressure me. I had the drain jetted even though they fixed it with the snake and they showed me the pipe on a camera which was still heavily caked with fat build up over the years. Afterwards, it was totally clean.

Highly recommend this company, very straightforward and they don't price gouge.

So many 5 star reviews. I was wondering if they were all fake. Nope. EAVA Drains earned them all. I had flushed my parents' water heater and now the pressure relief valve was leaking and the shower pressure was off. I found EAVA on a Wednesday night at 8. I called and a polite lady schedule my appointment for the next day with a 9 to 11 window. Showed up right at 9. Super polite. Covered his shoes with shoecovers. The covers went on and off every time he went in and out of the house. Very considerate. Total was about $250 which I found to be reasonable. Problems fixed!

Came the same day I called. The technician was experienced and helpful. He figured out what was wrong and fixed it in a pretty quick fashion. He was respectful and clean in addition. We have found our new plumbers

The hey came out quick they first they said hydro jet 500$ I said no they said 250 $ hydro jet for a clogged backyard drain they only used the hydro jet from the street in and wouldn't use it from the backyard to the street they didn't seem like they liked to work for 250$

Our shower broke (the handle wouldn't turn the water off) and I had to shut the main water valve off. EAVA recognized the emergency and showed up that day to take a look. Abel was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He helped diagnose the issue quickly, explaining everything along the way. He ended up having to drill out the old handle to replace the cartridge. The new cartridge ended up having a manufacturing defect which caused the shower head to drip, but Abel came back the very next day to install a new one and get things functioning properly. He even helped increase pressure out of the shower head, which we've had issues with since we moved in. He was also happy to check a few drainage issues around the house and make recommendations. Thanks for all your help, Abel!
