One job at one address and Eaton's Plumbing bid the job at 600 to install a tub shower combo using my material already purchased and on hand.They send one man in his 70's to do the install. I help the man out of respect or pity ?? The elder man told me not once but at least a dozen times he had nothing to do with the billing, should have been a red flag for me but no i have to learn the hard way.
After the majority of the work was completed not finished. The man I helped handed me a bill for 1299.85. This bill included 14 hours labor, material 172.98 and tax on the material for 16.87 (so they bought material and paid tax and in addition they charged me another tax) total material cost 189.85 and labor was 1100.00. This experience has been going on since May of 2019, and i will not rest until the bill is adjusted. I will type review after review because this has been the worse experience of my life. I have had to spend hundreds of dollars to file complaints against this company but its not the money, it the principle of the issue. Me at 49 years old I guess they assumed I was a FOOL. My mother told me don't call no body a Fool until you look in the mirror first. May God help us all;
And I will keep spending until Eaton's rectifies the billing and accept there negligence.

Add the guys here today from Eaton plumbing and electric to do some electrical work in my home was very pleased with their service and their professionalism. Feel safe now knowing my home was serviced properly. I would highly recommend them.

I have utilized Eaton Plumbing and Electric on two separate occasions. James came both times and the service was exceptional. The first service call was to replace the hot water heater and the second service call was to determine why the electrical outlet was not working.

There was quick response time, quick fix, and he was a price-conscious professional. He took the time to explain the problem so I knew what I was paying for. The work was thorough and the clean up was exceptional.

Very reasonable and reliable Company that you can depend on. Highly recommended!
