Richard was wonderful to talk to, was right on time for the initial appointment, he was able to answer all my questions about a heat pump system for my house. A week later he and his crew showed up right on time and within the first 10 minutes they were installing everything needed inside and out, and they cleaned up after they were finished, inside and out. They were back the next day, right on time to finish up, Norm, electrician went above and beyond in making sure that everything was hooked up and safe to use. I was instructed thoroughly on how to use and set my system.
