I called to have my line snaked and they came out right away but didnt bother verifying that the drains were working. I ended up calling a second time to have them come back to do it again. They still didnt fix it and had to come back a third time. After all was said and done they tried charging me twice but the guy wrote down my card number wrong so it didnt go through. Because they messed up the card number I got a nasty letter in the mail threatening to put a lein on my house if they didnt get payment immediately. Incompetent people. Seriously unprofessional, bordering on extortion. Avoid this company at all costs.

I called that day for a washer /dryer hook up. Anthony Marchand showed up on time and very polite. He went above and beyond. Took the moving bolts off of the dryer, the moving company should have done that. He even went and got an additional plug that was needed. I was very pleased and impressed with everyone at this company. I would highly recommend!

Can't address the actual work, but customer service extremely poor - after given a 3 hour ""window"" and a no-show, and more importantly, no telephone call, I contacted Bruce, who had set up my appointment, he told me a plumber may be there in another hour or might not, hard to say in his business, but someone will show eventually. I called easy rooter plumbing because a friend referred me but I think her experience was not typical. I wish I would have checked out Yelp, as I see a history here.

We have used this company for years. They are prompt and professional and very efficient.

Recently we required a major repair on our 115 year old home that was an almost impossible job. With unknown locations of pipes and a yard built on rocks, it was more that a massive undertaking. Not to mention a minimum crawl space to work in.

James and Mikey showed up before their scheduled time, and got right to work. Not only did they have to use the jackhammer to get down to the lines, they had to fight the rocks all the way and stop and manually dig out the dirt and rocks before they could continue. Then it was a jig saw puzzle under the house and more digging to find the lines. But they did!

Now we have a whole new cold water line in the house, all the hose bibs work and we now have a shut off valve next to the house where we can turn off the water without going down to the street or waiting for someone to come and turn it off for us. The huge hole in the yard was covered once more and I have new rocks for the yard decor too. We were totally amazed that it looks better than it did before they started and much neater. I even got the rose bush trimmed up while they were at it. The work was professional and so were the guys. Friendly and respectful and kept us advised what they were doing through the whole project, not to mention it only took a day and a half. Incredibly awesome.

They will remain our only plumbers. Well done guys!

I called on tuesday and explained that I had a sewage ejection pump station that needed to be cleaned and vacuumed. I also told the person that it was a 50 gal. pump station and not a full septic tank. She said she would send a truck on Wednesday. I waited all damn day and a guy shows up at 4:45pm and says, ""oh this is a 50 gal station, I only pump septic tanks. Call back and have them send a smaller truck."" Well guess what??!! I will not call you back because you wasted an entire day of mine and cost me money! I will, however, call a different company that will actually do the job! Dont waste your time

The technician David was very professional and did a great job fixing our water spicket. We tried to remove it because of a leak and it broke off. He came out on a saturday and only charged us $157.50. He was friendly and explained everything and it all works great now. I think I will call them from now on.

I called these people as I know nothing regarding septic. They came out pumped the tank then I'm told me the line is clogged. OK next day another person comes out Jessie, looks at the septic an tells me the line is backed up, he would have to come back Monday to do the repair. How he knew it was that way I don't know as he didn't do a thing but charge me $563.00 for today an to return Monday to finish. Well he never showed up I called, after a while I was told it was Tuesday not Monday.OK come Tuesday he shows up an starts digging a hole 4' wide 6' deep an tells me he can't find anything, that my leach field is gone. He calls his boss Matt who tells me I need to replace the leach field cost $10,000. I told him I couldn't pay that, he came back $5000 up front for materials the rest later. I had second thoughts called another company, they said nothing wrong. Now this Matt person tells me in a few words I'm lying, that I wanted the work done. This Jessie person gave me a bill for $683.. for the hole he dug that took me 3 hrs to fill in. I'm 72 yrs old I should not be doing that work bad back an all. Matt tells me I have to take up the bill with his tech. $683 for a hole in the ground are you serious no WAY will I pay that an told him so. Tells me I'm lying, really POOR service trying to take advantage of a senior really bad!

This company has the worst communication with their customers. It's been an on going three weeks of people just saying they'll call us back and that they'll show up and they never do. I have had to pump my septic tank three times because they won't come out and just fix it. My whole family took turns taking days off work just so someone would be here when they showed up and we were stood up 4 times. I expected more and I am truly disappointed for spending so much time and money for relying on this company. Even the manager himself (Mike) said he would come out here yesterday and couldn't even call us to say he wouldn't be showing up. Unprofessional.

We needed new cartridges put into the bathtub fixtures to stop them from dripping. They sent an apprentice who had no idea what he was doing. After he finished the first bathroom, the faucet handle sprayed water out from the sides. In the other bathroom, he tore a huge hole in the closet, used no less than seven connectors, and after nine hours during which we had no water, he still wasn't finished. They had to send out two other master plumbers to try and fix what this kid ruined. Turns out, he was using bad flux. After they left, I still had a huge hole in my wall, a shower pipe that was unsecured and would just swing back and forth from the hole, and a faucet that was virtually impossible to use.
