we had easy rooter come out and snake our line to our septic tank and we are still having the same exact problem i did it myself about three years ago and found we had roots in the line
they did it and said they found a rubber glove in the line and left we still have the same problem after they left and they don't want to warranty their work. I know what the problem is just want it fixed i paid for it and its less than 50' from the clean out witch is very accessible out in the open

RUDE!! Called at 7:30 this morning and they were supposed to be at my house by 10-10:30. It's now 11:00 and when I called and asked when they would be there the guys said another hour to hour and a half. I asked why they didn't let me know, have people waiting for them he said we are busy. Canceled my appointment and will NOT use them they just don't give a crap about customer service!

I just bought a house and was looking to have a gas line put in to replace my electric oven with a gas range. I called practically every plumber in town, and even did all the research I needed to do it myself (i.e. permitting, materials, etc.). I decided not to do it myself just because I realized I'd have to drill through the 10-12"" foundation and that would have been a pain.
Every quote I got was for $700-$750 all included, so I was feeling discouraged because that was way more than I expected. Many of the plumbers I talked to said, ""Oh yeah I can do it for $600 no problem"". At first I was excited at the lower price, but then once I started prying into it they'd admit, ""Well yeah plus $100 for materials and $150 for permits"". So be sure to ask for the full cost of the service.
Finally I decided to just go with Easy Rooter. They quoted $750, but during the estimates were by far the most responsive, courteous, and upfront. No hidden costs, just $750 assuming nothing went terribly wrong (obviously if the house's plumbing was about to fall apart anyway we'd have to have a talk).
So the plumber (Jeremy, great guy) showed up on time to do the installation. Once he really got to starting he realized it would be harder than he expected (he also found that he'd have to drill through the foundation to go with his original plan). So he came up with a new plan to use the existing piping and rethread it, and came to tell me his plan. Worried about what it was going to cost me for him to do it the hard way I asked what the price delta would be, and he said it'd be $100 *cheaper* since he would actually be using less materials this way. Yeah, that's right, it turned out to not be as easy as he expected so he gave me a discount. In all it took about 4 hours from when he first showed up until I was making lunch on my new gas range.
Take it from someone who called every plumber in town and went so far as to get the permit from the city of Sparks to do it myself: Easy Rooter was the way to go.

Easy Rooter is the biggest joke! My fiancé called them this afternoon to help us with our leaking water heater and their technician showed up with stains all over his shirt, a tooth pick in his mouth and had an attitude to match his attire. As if all of this wasn't enough, he took one look at the heater and told us the only way to fix it is buy a new water heater for $1,700. We chose to get a second opinion and boy are we glad we did. $300 later our water heater was fully functional. I would NOT recommend Easy Rooter to anyone'

Yesterday I called ""Easy Rooter Plumbing in Sparks 331-3636"" to see how much it would cost to do a preventative maintenance on my drains. I had one slow running drain, not plugged or backed up but slow running. I explained this to the lady who answered the phone and she told me it would cost $85 an hour to snake all my drains. So I went ahead and made an appointment for the same day expecting a bill of $170.00 maximum. So when I got home and found out my son had paid $277.00 I was extremely upset. I called and a lady named Michelle said she wasn't in the office and could I please call back in the morning. I called back this morning and the same girl I spoke to yesterday answered the phone and she remembered exactly what she had told me the day before. I had given her my cell number in case there was any problem.
When I spoke with the manager he told me Brandon who came out to my house explained to my son that it would be an extra $25 per drain. When speaking with my son again today he says no extra fee was mentioned to him. I believe they should have called my cell phone and the girl who answered the phone should have been able to tell me there would have been an extra fee for every additional drain. It was clearly explained in our conversation what I needed done. And the attitude is oh well too bad! I can't believe this, but I at least feel the need to share with everyone! Not the plumber I would ever recommend! If you're not as good as your word you're not any good at all!

My main line and my toilet broke at the same time on a Sunday afternoon, and flooded multiple rooms in my house. My toilet, washing machine and bath all overflowed.
I called Marge, who was VERY polite and helpful, and Raul came within an hour to take a look. After seeing it would be a more complex job than usual, he recommended I wait until Monday to get it fixed, as it would be so much cheaper. He didn't even charge me a callout fee!
Great service and friendly people. No callout fee is a big plus.

My wife and I had a mainline back up that caused both our kitchen sink and washing machine drain to clog and back up. Called Marge on a Friday evening for a Saturday service call. Set our appointment for noon and when Raul showed up he had the job done and cleared in 30 minutes.
Marge was awesome.
Raul was awesome.
While other places wanted time and half for their technicians to come out ($115), Easy Rooter was $85.
Drains cleared. Job done. Fast. Efficient. Friendly.

Disappointing. During the buying of my new home, this was the only difficulty I encountered. I was quoted a price for pumping and inspecting the septic system of my new home. They charged my card for just under the estimated amount, which made me happy, but my happiness was short lived... a few days later they charged my credit card for an additional amount that was 55% more than the original estimate! No phone call, no communication with either myself or my realtor, and most importantly NO authorization! When I called to speak with them about it, they were dismissive and arrogant. I was told that since my realtor had placed the order I could pound sand. Not something any customer wants to hear. I disputed the second charge with my credit card company, and when these guys learned of it, they claimed I had disputed BOTH charges and demanded a check for the amount of both! In sane! I wouldn't recommend these guys to my enemies, let alone my friends.

Fast, responsive, efficient. 30-minute response on a busy Friday night (midnight!) for our bar. Only plumbers in town with the technology to add pipe liner to shore up existing pipe and avoid extensive and pricey tear up that entails jack-hammering, permits, utility marking and potential weeks of delay.

Great! friendly, very knowledgable ( and willing to share the knowledge). Showed up right on time. Did the job in a clean efficiant and courtious manner. Also priced right. Drain is working fine. They also improved my knowledge on my septic and leach field. I definatly would call them again. Thanks to Mitch.
