Female homeowners BEWARE. My dad and I are working on a project together at my house. He got everything lined out but when the time came to do the work, my Dad was not available to babysit the plumbing work. Not only was the quoted price raised, the workers arrived without the preplanned supplies, look their sweet time, made a huge mess AND didn't finish the job. Who put in a natural gas line without a tracer wire!?! With comments like ""oh your dad isn't around today?"" ""we can always come back if the inspector isn't happy""... I can't help but feel taken advantage of. Additionally, I now have a new hole in side of my brick house where ""we tried but it didn't work"". Oh and they didn't take the money out of my account for two whole weeks after running my card. I'll attach pictures of the mess.

Henry, Sam and Mikey were thoughtful, conscientious and thorough. I appreciate how carefully they cleaned their work area and their detailed explanation of the service, costs, and what their investigation revealed. Also had outstanding customer service when I called to schedule.

Some time ago, we required the services of a plumber because our bathtub had backed up in the middle of the night. First thing the very next morning, my mother called Easy Rooter and Mr. Chuck Ross answered our call. He dropped by house and not only snaked the pipes but was also kind enough to replace the shower head and the water spout. The whole service took less than two hours and costed around $269 but best of all Mr. Ross was an absolute gentleman and consummate professional; he was very kind and patient with my mother, explaining everything that needed to done or replaced, and why. Thank you Mr. Ross, you are a credit to your company.

Do not hire this company. I called several places to get our septic pumped and they guaranteed the quoted price of $495.00. They said they are not like other companies and they never upcharge. 100% DISHONEST!
We did indeed get an extra charge on our CC. They also did not show up on the day and time that they scheduled. They came 2 days later. We were not in town and we even cleared and uncovered both septic lids. When I checked our CC they had an addtional charge of $315.00. We had no knowledge of this extra charge or any knowledge of what this charge was even for. We never received a phone call from anyone. Infact there was no form of contact made, not by phone, text, nor e-mail. They wrote on our billed that we
just received 4 months later ""$315.00 extra time""!
WE HAVE OWNED AND OPERATED LOOK-UP PAINTING IN RENO NEVADA FOR OVER 42 YEARS. WE NEVER WOULD EVEN CONSIDER UPCHARGING OUR CUSTOMERS WITHOUT A FULL DESCRIPTION OF WHY THIS WOULD BE NECESSARY PLUS A 100% APPROVAL IN ADVANCE BEFORE WORK IS COMPLETED.

I like this company. The first time I called Easy Rooter Plumbing was in 2015 and it was after 2 other plumbing companies did not fix my problem. This time I had help within an hour even though it wasn't precisely an emergency and the cost was very reasonable. Competent and experienced plumbers have come each time I called, this time it was Mikey Gilbert. I rarely do reviews, but Easy Rooter (and Mikey) deserve it. Service, Quality. Value.

They just kept pushing back the time and never came.

I had an emergency clog in my sewer line to my septic tank. I called at 8:30am. They said they would be there before noon so I said I could wait at the house. By the time noon came I called again and they changed to 1-3 pm. I called again at 2:15 to confirm they would be coming and they assured me they would and I was next. I called again at 3:30 and they said I was still next but they had no one available. I sat all day at home with a clogged sewer and they never came. The price doesn't matter if they don't come.

I called Rooter Man Plumbing and they sent someone right away so I let Easy Rooter know that I called someone else.

I contacted Easy Rooter Plumbing after another plumbing company told me that they couldn't clear a clog that was causing water to back up between my kitchen and bathtub. The ""other"" plumbing company told me that I would need to have the pipes hydrojetted. Ryan Frankovich from Easy Rooter brought the hydrojet to my house but did his due diligence by running a cable first. Apparently, he used a slightly wider cable and well...that did the trick. Ryan cleared the clog and also cleared the clog in my bathroom sink. He even addressed the crazy angling and curving of pipes under the kitchen sink, to make water flow easier. I will always use Easy Rooter Plumbing. I'm thankful for Ryan's experience, ingenuity, initiative and skill! Also, my son, who was home during the repairs, said ""he was the coolest dude ever."" Hey Easy Rooter, give this guy a raise! He deserves it!

We had a clogged sewer sump (1st level) level on Christmas Eve. Called Easy Rooter. They had a technician out within 3 hours. Mikey was awesome. Fixed the blockage within a couple of hours. Saved Christmas! didn't have to deal with sewage smell in the house and our guest were able to use the showers and bathrooms. Given it was Christmas Eve, the emergency charge was beyond reasonable. Easy Rooter Plumbing will be our go to Plumbing Co forever. Big thank you to Mikey and Easy Rooter. Merry Christmas and Happy New Years!

Update: I read other reviews on Easy Rooter, other plumbing companies and other service providers in Reno (electrical, landscaping, appliance repairs, etc.). For the most part, they are all really good and provide great service. Most all are experienced, knowledge and have seen about everything. The best way to get repairs completed at a reasonable price is to explain the issue(s), take pictures and send the best available information in advance, if possible. With social media, Yelp and other Review platforms, everyone is really trying their best to earn and retain our business. A little grace and understanding on our end goes along way and nothing more than what we would hope to have in our own businesses.

Our leach line collapsed and we had to have a new one dug. We called Easy Rooter because we have used them before to pump our septic tank. Matt and his crew came out as promised at 7:00 AM on Monday and were gone by 2:00 PM the SAME day!!!! The leach line was completed and they saved our pine trees and everything!!! The left over dirt and rock were put where we wanted it and smoothed out wonderfully! They were true to their word about the price quote, it was not a penny more!!! I highly recommend them!!

Mitch Hamlin handled everything well. He knows what he's doing and he took the time and the effort to figure out what was going on with our plumbing (as we share plumbing with a neighbor) the neighbor was extremely impressed with his services as it was last minute. I definitely recommend Mitch for any plumbing issues you may have. He is very respectful and responsible and also willing to put everything into your needs. 10/10. Best plumber I've had by far.
