I called early this morning and made an appointment with Easy Rooter Plumbing for today between 3-5pm. I was home at 2:30pm and waited until 4:30 to call to verify the appointment. Was told I was still on. At 5:30 still no call no show so I called again. Was told I was still on. I told the girl to just forget it as clearly they were just too busy but they should have told me that instead of having me waste most of my afternoon waiting on a plumber that had no intention of showing up! Puss poor communication and empty promises. Will never call Easy Rooter again and will be sure to tell everyone I know what my experience was!

I set an appointment yesterday for today. The time range was from 8-12, which is quite a range in itself. at 1:07, a no call no show.

I called Savage and Son and they seem great so far. Also they are a family business.......for over 125 years.

I searched on line for a plumbing service to fix our faulty faucet and I chose Easy Rooter. They sent us Anthony who tried to first save the faucet but it was truly not able to be saved. He kindly installed one we had as a backup plan at a very reasonable price. Four days later, the water wasn't flowing properly. We called to have Anthony take another look and he discovered the faucet was plugged. He very kindly bought, replaced the faucet and returned the other faucet without charge. I was so impressed by Anthony's professionalism, hard work, and kind presence in our home. I know he will be our only plumber.

Called early Thursday afternoon, told them my drains were running slow and backing up in the shower, could not use the toilet. They said they couldn't get to us until Friday between 8 &10, waited till 11:30 called to see where they were, they said they were busy and would be there soon. About 12:15 they showed up worked for maybe 20 minutes came in and ran water in the bathrooms said everything looked good, charged $180.00. About 1 hour later my wife ran a load of dishes through the dishwasher, water backed up in the kitchen sink (never a problem before). Called them again they said it couldn't have been anything they had done and he would get somebody out there. They showed up and said yes that sometimes this happens, had to clean our kitchen drain (why wasn't this checked the first time) said they couldn't use the snake with our fittings had to replace them. Charging me another $95.00.
Will never use them again and would not refer them to anyone other then the better business bureau.
They are a ripoff.

I set up appointment 8am to 12pm
No one show up when I call back around 1pm finding out what is going on the lady who was answering the phone said plumber is still working on other job????so I asked her, then when he can make it to my house if he can't make it let me know give me a call
Then she told me she doesn't know(??) actually sounds like she doesn't care , No apologies No concerns about being not showing up on time
I waited until 4pm and finally I found other company to fix my faucet ,I call back to cancel, in case if they show up later,which is it was not necessary , I was just tried being nice but still no explanation about not showing up,no apologies
This company is not professional at all and doesn't care about customer service

These people ripped my mom off. She is disabled and wanted a taller toilet. The guy said he would put in an ADA toilet. My mom agreed and didn't give him a price point. She doesn't care about the price, just the height of the toilet. My mom already had the tallest toilet she could order in that bathroom, but this guy promised a taller toilet. He put in a toilet, it was cheap, I found the same toilet online for 140 dollars and they billed her just under 1k dollars. She still didn't care about the price but the actual toilet was NOT taller, and was smaller in general, and was cheap, you could just tell it was low quality. Our family is tall, mom is the shortest at 5'8"", so all of the tickets in my parents home are big and tall. Anyway, she ended up in the hospital with a brain bleed, and when she got home she wanted it fixed, but her brain wasn't all there so she handed the mess to me. The owner or boss was very short with me and dismissive. This company overcharged and took advantage of a senior with a brain condition and the owner promised me to put in a new toilet if she just paid for the profit. We haven't heard from him since. I would never ever call them again.

I am dismayed at the treatment Easy Rooter has shown me. I had a leak which I was quoted $165 for finding it and $1000 for fixing it. I received the bill and it was inflated to $1985.00. I about fell over. I called and called and called and they very rarely return calls. I complained to probably everyone that works in the office plus the owners. Angie was supposed to call me back with a discount but never did. I wrote a letter that was not answered. I did not receive a copy of the invoice at the time and the serviceman added $820 to the bill after I had signed the invoice. He said it was extra because when he started digging it was under a thin layer of blacktop. He did not tell me it would be extra. If he had given me that quote I would never had told him to finish the job. I will never deal with this company again and after talking to friends they told me they had bad experiences too. It took serviceman one day to do the job which worked out to be $249 per hour. Who gets paid this much? DISGUSTING!!!!

Nasty sewage pipe leak in my front yard. James showed up a couple of hours after I called and fixed the problem. Explained my options clearly and fixed the problem on the spot. Very professional outfit and reasonably priced. Thanks James, I'll be sure to call Easy Rooter next time we need some work done.
