As a single mom, I rely a lot on Yelp reviews when I need any work done. To sum up my overall experience with Easy Rooter, I found myself in an awful position after just having new flooring put down throughout my entire downstairs and then found out there was a hot water slab leak. Jorge came out quickly after my call to the company & diagnosed the problem. I was given 3 options to consider to fix the problem. Jorge & Jonathan took a lot of time to answer all of my questions.

During the repair, the guys ran into a LOT of unexpected complications as my original plumbing was not done as is should be. It made the job a lot more complicated but the guys kept working hard and did not try to charge me more. They worked long hours and were always respectful and kept me informed of the progress.

I highly recommend them without any reservations. Finding a company that is reliable and trustworthy is a good feeling, especially when you're already stressed about a major plumbing problem.

Found out my water heater was just pouring water out. Called and Raul showed up the same day and diagnosed the problem almost instantly!..I could have gone with replacing what was broken but considering how old the water heater was and lack of hot water, went with replacing the entire water heater. (Ouch) But Raul made sure to communicate during the entire process which was awesome! Definitely found Rooter/Plumber to use in the future!!
Also had a Halo system installed ran into an issue that had to do with my house but again kept communicating and letting me know about the next steps. It turned out be be an all day job (literally) and glad both Raul and Jonathan had the patience to get everything done. Thank You Guys Again!!!

I started a DIY replacement of the faucet in guest bathroom after taking a class at Home Depot. Should have been simple but not...I called Easy Rooter. The receptionist was friendly; made an appointment for the next morning. Raul arrived early; was very courteous and professional. He explained what needed to be done and replaced my faucet quickly. He even replaced a shower head, and cleaned my drains although it wasn't part of the contracted service. Then he cleaned up after himself. I didn't give a 5 star because I felt the cost was still rather high even with discounts. However, I'm very pleased with the work done and will not hesitate to use their services again. Very pleased with George and this company. Had a problem, called them at 5pm today and they said he would be here within the hour. He got here at exactly 6:05. He was able to pinpoint the problem, fix the leak and teach us a little something too. He got done by 7:58. Thanks so much for coming so quickly. They gave us a one year parts and labor warranty.

Update: super fast service and they remembered my name (surprising when I know how hard it is to remember names of even my own family members). They answer calls right away and call back right away.

Booked an appointment with Easy Rooter though Home Advisor on a Saturday morning and my drain was cleared before noon. The cost was reasonable as well considering it was a holiday weekend. George was professional, courteous and fast. Definitely will use their services again.

Wow, Let me tell you, We had a slab leak to our home built 1973. We dodged a bullet on this one, Cost only $1,080. and First american and their Plumber took care of the repair (my cost $580.00). Than over the weekend a pressure release valve blew at the back of the house and dumped a lot of water, than a 1"" pressure sprinkler line blew apart at an elbow joint. First Americans plumber couldn't come out for a day or two ? so we called Easy rooter. They came out right away and made repairs same day. It turns out the pressure regulator wasn't working at the front of the house. Pressure should have been 60 pounds and Was at 130. Most likely the source of all issues. Asked for an estimate and got a response within minutes. And when i scheduled them, they showed up in 20 minutes, well before the ""1hr"" time they originally gave me. Great service and George was friendly as can be. Highly recommend and will keep their number handy for any future services
