Easy Rooter Plumbing and Drain Cleaning

Unfortunately I did not have the same pleasant experience as everyone who has written a review. I have used Easy Rooter on 2 different occasions through my home warranty company. Both times I had to call and ask them to come back out to redo the work. Maybe its because I was using a home warranty company. I found the owner Johnathan to be condescending and rude. I had to put in another service call today because the water heater they just installed in February is now leaking through the pressure relief valve. I was contacted by easy rooter and scheduled for an appt tomorrow between 11am and 1pm. I was just contacted by Johnathan who said they were severing all ties with AHS and that he had contacted AHS already to have someone else come out. When I contacted AHS they told me that Easy Rooter had declined the job because of a previous issue with the customer. I'm NOT a plumber but I know when something isn't done right and I will expect a business to own it and make it right. Not only do they not stand behind their work but now he has been dishonest with me. If he didn't want to take the job he should have just said exactly that. BE HONEST and STAND BY YOUR WORK.

I called this morning because we were having an awful sewer smell in our guest bathroom and bedroom. This bathroom is rarely used so it caused the sewer to product an awful oder upstairs. Juan quickly accessed the problem and treated the drains with a solution that we will use as a follow up treatment monthly. It was extremely reasonable in cost which was a pleasant surprise. I thought I would have to wait until Monday because it was already Friday at 9:30, but they sent someone out within 2 hours. Very impressed!!!

New to town, but went with Easy Rooter based on excellent Yelp reviews and feedback without hesitation--and was very pleased with the results; we had an emergency main line blockage since every drain in the house backed up at the same time, and I knew immediately my bottle of Draino would be useless (and wasted), and my plunger would be an exercise in futility; phone went to voicemail and I thought ""uh oh"", but Crystal called me back within 15 minutes, said Guillermo would be here within the hour; he showed up in 30 minutes; he checked the clean out, confirmed my diagnosis, wrote a bid, snaked it clear, and was everything expected--professional, clean, polite, courteous, helpful, no smell, no crack, no bull! We were suppose to have a party at our house on Saturday when out sink broke Friday evening. In a panic we called easy rooter. Instead of taking advantage of the situation, coming out that night and charging after hour fees, they offered a discount to come out Saturday morning AND assured they would have it repaired long before the start time for our party. Jonathan showed up Saturday morning right on time with a great attitude and very professional appearance. Shortly after arriving, he discovered what was suppose to just be a new sink install became a leak repair too. Nevertheless, Jonathan fixed everything and kept the repairs at a reasonable cost and was done in a timely matter. Don't waste ANYTIME with ANY other plumbing company's! He also took the time to give some needed recommendations on a bathtub faucet we had had questions about! Great service, EXTREAMLY knowledgable, and professional

We were having a main line problem, and as is typical, having some communication problems with the Old Republic Warranty service desk. After we got Hydro-Jet approval from them, they sent out Easy Rooter. Unfortunately, the warranty people didn't communicate well with Easy Rooter, and when Juan from Easy Rooter arrived, he didn't have the Hydro-Jet equipment with him. Juan assessed the situation, called the boss, and drove all the way back to the office to get the equipment and return to our home. (60 miles round trip) Did I mention that this was at about 5 in the evening? Juan is the consummate professional, and did a fantastic job. This company is the most professional, honest, knowledgeable, and competent plumbing outfit in the inland Empire. Read the other reviews that rave about these guys. Then call them and get the job done right.

Great job, they arrived as scheduled, were dressed professionally even wearing booties over their work shoes. They diagnosed the problem and quickly fixed it. The job was done professionally at a very fair price. We will definitely use them again as needed and will recommend to friends.

Fast, Excellent Customer Service and Quality. It was Saturday Morning when we realized our sewer was backed up . I called Easy Rooter Plumbing and Jonathan was quick to respond within an hour. Cleared the blockage, was extremely professional, knowledgeable and courteous. We did opt for an optional service only because our house is 60 years old but they worked with us on pricing and educated us on many different aspects of what we could possibly or may never deal with in our home. There were no sales aspects or scare tactics just straight honestly and showed us a great shot of our pipes by video camera. Yes you pay for that but um I would rather see it now then $$$$ later. Johnathan was professional but personable and is now our local plumber. I will refer him and his business and continue to use this business in the future! Thank you again , because let me tell you when you need a service like this they were there! They also answered their phone right away!

We needed a Plummer to come out and take a look at a do it yourself repair gone wrong, causing us to shut off our water for the night. We used Yelped and found Easy Rooter and man were the previous reviews dead on!!!! Jonathan came out promptly and was clean dressed and very professional. He took at look at my problem and did a quick assessment. Jonathan explained to me exactly what was wrong and took the time to show me how to fix it without charging me a dime!! I had an emergency sewage pipe block with back up into the bath tub late Saturday night while I had family visiting from out of state! I only have one bathroom, so this was really an emergency (p.s. thanks to nearby Stater Bros. for being our temporary bathroom!). So very early Sunday morning I called 3 places that indicated they were available 24/7. These guys were the only ones that even returned my call, and then also showed up before 10:00 a.m. Guillermo arrived, looking very professional in a clean uniform and in a new van with state-of-the-art equipment. He was careful to cover his shoes before entering the home. He clearly explained everything he was going to do and invited me to observe the process. I have 50+ year-old galvanized piping which is getting on it last legs. Over all, he spent about an hour and a half working at my home. After the work was done and at my request, he gave me two other options that would extend the life of my system, along with pricing quotes and guarantees available . It all seemed very honest and straight-forward, and I was charged a fair price. I would call these guys again in a minute. I was very impressed!

After a rather tough night for my family we had a back up in a bathroom. We called these guys and they were quick to respond. Guillermo showed up, dressed very professionally. He diagnosed our problem, took the time to explain the cause and quickly completed the repair. The price was fair and the whole thing took less than an hour! Small company trying to swim in a rather large ocean. If you need an honest and professional plumber give these guys a call.....we couldn't be happier!
