Easy Heating & Air rescued my tiny 1946 Star house renovation from a system so old, even they had never seen it before. They completely removed it, repiped under the house, replacing old galvanized pipes with the new Pex product, added an energy-efficient heating and cooling system, and even assisted me with a separate, last-minute plumbing issue, when my plumber bailed. I was on a suer tight timeframe, and they ALL rose to the occasion: company rep Morgan B., project spvsr Kelly B. and his great team, even the owner Kelly M. came out to make sure the job was on target and I was happy. They worked quickly, as a tight, professional team & kept a great attitude, even when facing some tough antique house obstacles, which I really appreciated, & promptly returned for fine-tuning, when needed. Thanks guys! The office staff are also superb. A very high recommend!

Absolutely horrible!!!

I had them come out to service my A/C and Furnace for a regular service appt after finding they were offering a deal of $40. Their tech came out and told me the burners were damaged and needed replaced and showed me pictures of the ""cracks"" in the heating elements. They had their sales guy come out who quoted me $3,800 for a whole new unit, before telling me they would charge me $600 to clean the a/c unit, which was only about 2 years old. Long story short, when I told their sales guy i was going to get a second opinion, he couldn't get out of there quick enough. Another company came out, I showed them the pictures and compared with what he showed me, real time, and they didn't match up.

Use caution, these guys are cons and must have pictures on their phones of damaged units. You get what you pay for I suppose...
