We had them reline all of our sewer lines and they were great. All of the workers were polite and respectful and even though they ran into some serious problems, they never complained they just figured it out and got the job done.
In the end it all turned out great.

I reached out again after their yelp response. The service response we received from Garth was night and day from our previous interaction. He apologized for the confusion and explained why they were unable to find ot additional paperwork. He also set up a time to come out and take a look promising to correct any issues they found and confirming that we did have the 100 year warranty. After a thorough inspection he concluded that the blockage was gone and was probably a soft blockage at the 90 degree junction with the city line. Our line was clear but even so he took the video back to the shop to have his techs review. Their findings were the same so we are thrilled that no additional work needs to be done. He also told us to reach out if we have any further issues and they would correct them. Excellent service recovery and so appreciate them taking the time to address our negative interaction and correct the situation. Miscommunications happen but they more than made up for it and we are happy to work with them again in the future.

From the beginning to the end of our project, Cesar has gone the extra mile every step of the way. He always made himself available and worked with me to pick out the best possible solution for us. Garth Widdows, project manager for Easy Flow was great. They were recently contracted by the City of San Diego to do sewer line repair work in our neighborhood and in the process, some of the boards on the fence that lines our front yard were damaged. Garth, who was managing the project, personally came to our house and replaced, repaired and repainted every piece of board and even painted another one that my son had broken which I'd repaired but not yet repainted. Says a lot when a guy will do something like that. Would definitely recommend these guys!!

Just want to give a shout out to Easy Flow Plumbers. Many of us have older homes that have the original old sewer pipe. Getting my sewer line re-lined has been on my to do list for several years, I knew I wanted to get it done before I had serious problem, like a collapse.

I finally found a company I felt confident about hiring to re-line about 75 feet of sewer pipe. Bill Clark with Easy Flow answered all my questions (I had done my research so had many to ask). Their quote was less than the others, but I felt the most confident with them after reading a lot of reviews and after our meeting.

The project was completed this afternoon. We expected the project to be completed in one day, but they were not happy with the way some of my (non sewer line) pipes had a 90 degree angle setup, so they replaced the pipes with a 45 degree angle design.

I am writing this review because they not only went above and beyond in repairing all the plumbing in the area around the sewer line, but were precise and amazing about putting my yard back the way it had been before the work was started. I have never had another company be concerned with such detail. When the job was completed, it was complete... clean and it looked like they had never been there. I am amazed and so very very happy I chose to work with Bill and Cesar at Easy Flow Plumbing.

Had a blockage in a 1950s bathroom sink which I could not get unclogged myself after trying multiple ways. Waylon from easy Flow drain got it unclogged in a couple of minutes. He was also very knowledgeable on how to prevent such a blockage in the future. Definitely recommend!
