After many estimates for a very expensive project we used Easy Flow, dealing with Bill (and owner too). While not happy about having to spend so much money, their bid was in the middle but their service level outstanding. Bill was easy to reach anytime, responded professionally right away. Some serious work was done and you couldn't tell where they did the work. Very impressed, after being scared of what could have happened based on what some other companies said they would or might do.
Mark and crew are awesome! I have an older building that had a main sewer line made out of Orangeburg pipe. It was failing and needed replacement. Mark gave me a quote on Friday and he was able to fit me in the following Monday. The crew stayed and finished the job so that my tenants would not be inconvenienced the next day. The cure in place pipe method saved me thousands of dollars from the trench method.
Jill J.Called these guys based on Yelp reviews of quick customer service/response time. We had a major sewer re-pipe job so called them for estimate which they promised by end of day. After several days and multiple calls with no estimate or response to phone calls, gave up. Business must be good. You at least owe your potential customers a return phone call. Shame Shame.
It took me a while to write this review because I had to make sure everything was working. We like alot of other people writing yelp reviews had 50 year old cast iron pipes. We always used another company to do our drain work and were very happy but this time around they didn't come through for us. I am so glad I call Easy Flow because they came the very next day. I was a little unsure about using another company but Mark made me feel very comfortable and they were in and out in 2 days. They were also extremely neat and clean. We did have a little glitch a week later I called Mark and he was at my house within the hour and fixed the problem. So if anyone needs any drain work from 50 year old cast iron drains I highly recommend Easy Flow.
Ryan M.When i first bought my house the previous owner had a part of the sewer line leak and replaced just that portion of it. So i knew that the rest of the sewer line was just an accident waiting to happen. Cast iron pipes are expected to last between 50 - 100 years, with my home being 60 years old i knew i had to bite the bullet some time.
I called Mark and he explained the process of lining the main line thru the clean outs. He also gave me an option for replacing the lines from the bathroom and kitchen which would involve digging up the floor in one of the bathrooms.
I was a bit hesitant because it was a much bigger job, and would involve me having to redo my bathroom after. But I've been wanting to redo my bathroom and i know i'd never do it unless i was forced to. And what if i redid the bathroom later and then had to dig it up because the sewer line failed. So i went ahead with replacing everything.
Their crew came over and started the next day, Mark contacted me each day to update me and inform me of any changes they needed to do like open up a wall to get access to certain pipes. When the job was done i noticed the toilet drain was too close to a wall, Mark sent his guys out the next day to dig it back up, move it and re-pour the concrete, no excuses or push back. That shows true professionalism.
The price was cheaper than calling some other company who's adds you see on TV, because they just subcontract out Easy Flow. So you can cut out the middle man and just call Mark directly. At first i started second guessing my decision to have it all done, but in the end i feel much better knowing that all my pipes are new and dont have to worry about it failing.
Mark is a true professional, he kept in constant contact, explained my options, corrected things without any hesitation, and i always had access to one of my bathrooms at all times. Highly recommend Easy Flow as an easier, cheaper, less invasive alternative to replacing your sewer lines.
Ben H.Bill provided an estimate promptly which was inline with others for our project (lining 30 feet of rotten cast iron under a slab with a bathroom tie-in, bursting 70 feet of rotten cast iron to the street), but he seemed to have the best understanding of various approaches to trenchless sewer replacement (others made many conflicting statements about lining and bursting). When it came time to do the work, the were on time and tidy with minimal interruption to our lives (we were able to use the toilets most of the time they were around) and even finished a day early. I have already recommended them to friends.
Easy Flow is doing work on the sewer system in my area. I was very happy to learn about exactly what they were doing on a daily, sometimes hourly, basis. I was told by the workers exactly when they needed me to not use water. It was only an hour and a half! The work required a hole in the side of my driveway. They made sure they helped me back out the car and return from errands when the hole was open, only during part of one day, then again when it was filled, and finally when new cement was laid. They were so kind, did a fabulous job of cleaning up, and let me see the actual connections etc. that they were installing. I will call them for any future work I might need and highly recommend them!!!!!!
Jake D.These guys do great work. Very knowledgeable and keep the job site clean.
I will definitely use them again!
Jackie D.Mark and his team are easy to work with and go above and beyond to make sure their work really improves the way the house plumbing works. My husband and I are very happy with the work they've done for us, and will definitely be calling on them for any future plumbing/drain needs.
Al W.Quality work all around. They lined our main sewer that was about to collapse and redirected our kitchen line around the house. It was a big expensive project, but their price was reasonable compared to another quote and they proposed the least invasive solution. The crew was very friendly and they did a good job of clean up every day. Highly recommended!
