I have a very unique situation in that my main drain line goes down away from my property out to the street below me at 150+ feet. I've had numerous back ups in the past couple of years due to roots, and various other factors. Affordable Drain Service, a sister company, and EasyFlow have been the two go to companies I have and will work with in the future. Easy flow identified a new location for a second two way clean out that now enables affordable drain to come in and jet my line much easier than before. Affordable has been the only company out of five drain cleaning companies that has the know how and experience to deal with difficult situations like mine.

Our neighborhood had Easy Flow come to replace sewer pipes onto each of our properties. The employees were extremely professional, helpful, and efficient. Our parkway was brick and therefore, a little more of a challenge to cut into. They did a beautiful job and the brick was replaced so that you couldn't tell anything had been disturbed.

I reached out again after their yelp response. The service response we received from Garth was night and day from our previous interaction. He apologized for the confusion and explained why they were unable to find ot additional paperwork. He also set up a time to come out and take a look promising to correct any issues they found and confirming that we did have the 100 year warranty. After a thorough inspection he concluded that the blockage was gone and was probably a soft blockage at the 90 degree junction with the city line. Our line was clear but even so he took the video back to the shop to have his techs review. Their findings were the same so we are thrilled that no additional work needs to be done. He also told us to reach out if we have any further issues and they would correct them. Excellent service recovery and so appreciate them taking the time to address our negative interaction and correct the situation. Miscommunications happen but they more than made up for it and we are happy to work with them again in the future.
