These guys are awesome. We had an issue with our outside overflow drain and they came out within a couple of hours and fixed it. But when we had some really heavy rain just a week or so later the drain overflowed way worse than before. We called them back and they said they would have somebody out to check in as soon as they were done on their job. But the flooding started getting really bad so we called them back and the guy ( Tom his name was ) dropped everything and was there within a few minutes. It turned out to be a city problem so Tom called them for us and they were out to fix the main problem right away. I highly recommend using easy drains for any plumbing issue. 10/10. 5 stars. The best of the best.

I call Easy Drain to look at a patch of water I had in the basement. Alejandro and his partner came out the next morning. They spent nearly 2 hours hunting down the leak which wasn't easy in this old house.
I would highly recommend them for their prompt and efficient service.

Tom came out quickly and did a great job troubleshooting. Our sewer pipe and plumbing pipes were replaced in a day and his crew was fabulous. I would 100% trust him with any plumbing job.

They came out right away to look at issue we were having with water leaking on the side of our house. The guy from Roto-Rooter was trying to get us to do a fishy diagnostic for a bunch of money within minutes of meeting us. It was like night and day. John spent time talking through possible solutions, how they'd approach it and our options and didn't pressure us at all. Tom came out to follow up and also was clearly very knowledgable, straightforward and honest. With his advice, we chose not to take on what would have been a costly boondoggle that probably wouldn't gain us anything. If we ever have future plumbing needs, we know who to go to.

I would not call Easy Drains if you are in a hurry. We've been dealing with Tom this entire week. 3 times this week, he said he would be at our house at 4pm. He does not call to let you know he will not show up. He calls you the next day and doesn't explain or give an excuse. He now says he will arrive on Monday. We will not hold our breath. I was referenced to use Tom by another plumber who was busy. Use someone else who values time, in my opinion.

These guys were super nice to us. We called them about a plugged bathroom drain and they had someone come out right away. When he got there, it turned out our 4-year old had turned up the drain stopper without us realizing it, and there was no actual drain problem. The guy from Easy Drains was super cool about it and didn't bill us a dime! That's despite taking the time and gas to come out and go back. I'll definitely be calling these guys again next time I have any plumbing issues.
