Our dishwasher had backed up with water not draining from the bottom. I called Jay and he was able to diagnose the problem and give me a quote prior to coming out. He came over the following day and had our drain hose cleared in about 15 minutes. Highly recommend!

OMG!!! Jay is a God send!!! I called yesterday stressed to the max about replacing a shower cartridge in my tub/shower. Not only did he let me explain the situation, he let me send him pictures and gave me advice. He gave me the quote of the worse case scenario which by the way was cheaper than the other 6 plumbers I called. I as able to text him if I got stuck and he was so helpful. He even called me last night to check on me and told how his he would what could to get to be if I was still having trouble in the morning. This morning came and I was able to do what he told me last night and it worked!!! He texted me this morning checking on me and situation! Talk about amazing customer service!!! My aunt was so happy I fixed it and I told her about Jay. She wants to have him replace some toilets now that I was singing his praises!!! Thank you again!!!

Shower started backing up, not a good sight! Made an appointment with Jason from Eastvale in Corona. He came out the next day, which was great because most other places weren't available for about a week. I could tell they were super busy too because of all the activity going on in the background while I was on the phone with their dispatch. Jason showed up. Assessed the situation and got to work. In the mega heat! In my mind was like I was like how is he working in this weather. Gotta give him a ton of credit because he got it all done in a snap and with a smile. Very positive attitude, very knowledgeable and a professional in his field.

Being a retired contractor for over 40 years I know a good contractor when I work with one and Jay is first class. First off Jay is a gentleman, honest, fair and timely. I called another contractor that advertises on Yelp and was given a price 3 times what Jay quoted. To prove my praise of Jay my job turned into a 3-trip repair not Jays fault but a parts issue. Jay wasn't even going to charge me more for his time but I insisted on paying more. I highly recommend Jay for any and all plumbing repairs you might need.

I had a water heater Emergency today over 4th of July weekend. Jay answered right away and came to my rescue within 1 hour! Installed a new water heater and back in action for kids to take their baths! Awesome service! Professional, polite, and friendly.
