I was sold on the salt delivery they offered so we went with their water softener. They told me not only deliver but take down to basement and fill. Then they would know how much usage and things going wrong. They have left at the door more times than they have brought down and I had to complain. They say they knock yet my mother's bedroom is within 20 ft of the door and she can hear knocking and the person knocking can hear her yell come in! I have health issues and my mother is 82 and walks with a walker. The service is a trap to pay a higher price for their salt. Very poor customer service as well. Not one bad review ? Deleting them?
