We have mentored numerous apprentices and value both personal and professional development in the plumbing field.

Based in Columbus, Ohio, Charles Britt is a licensed master plumber. Growing up in Columbus as the youngest child of Ross and Carol Britt, Charles has been passionate about plumbing from a young age. Following high school, he dedicated himself to plumbing education, ultimately becoming a licensed professional.

In 2002, he met Kirstie, who would later become his life and business partner. They both thrived in the plumbing industry while enjoying a lively social scene. Charles gained valuable experience working for a plumbing company, learning the intricacies of the trade. Meanwhile, Kirstie focused on marketing for a local resort.

They established their plumbing business in 2007. They started their plumbing business after buying a new home in Columbus and got married in the summer of 2008. At this point, Charles and Kirstie were a solid team, with Charles gaining valuable plumbing experience under his brother-in-law, who ran a plumbing business in Columbus.
