Well where do I start... Tim came to our house because our A/C was not working. Looked over the system and gave us his best recommendation. He showed us a picture of ""our"" coil and said it had a leak in it and said we should change it out at the cost of $2000.00 Ok if you think that is what is needed. We Scheduled the work to be done for the next week. We thought great they got us right in. Well Tim showed up and got the job done in approx 1.5 hours ( My husband works in town and popped in to see how it was going) amazed at how quick it was done for over 1400.00 dollars in labor I expected 1/2 a day or whole days work!!!!! Then it was all lies and back peddling He stated that it was not our coil that he showed us a picture of it was someone else coil ( the whole reason he was out at our house was because he showed us a pic of our coil) hmmmm... so he was questioned on that O he made a mistake sent me another pic of a coil was not the pic he showed us the first time....then he put on the work order that he worked 4 hours at our house lies again.. my husband wasn't going to sign the work order but he needed to head back to work... So I called the office and explained what happened and they said that a Service MGR would call me back they had Tim called me back What good does that do... just his same old lies... Thank god my husband went out back at about 7pm to take the dog out... Our bark dust was on fire... hmmm was a service man weld some parts together????? No Service MGR ever Called me back...Total BS... I will never use them again or recommend them to my worst enemy...

Stewart was great! We bought our house in April and wanted to be sure all was working properly. Stewart explained the filter system and I feel reassured that the maintenance has been done. The bill was as expected with no heavy sale for a monthly contract. Really good customer service. On time and very polite.

Just had our furnace serviced. The tech arrived on time if early. He was polite and thorough. Very informative and the bill was standard and not out of line. I highly recommend them for local customers.

I contacted Eastman Heating & Sheet Metal to come out and give me a quote on some repairs which would need done in a house I was purchasing. Their sales office was helpful and got a technician scheduled for the date and time I needed.
However, when the technician arrived, he hadn't been given the information about why I was bringing him out. I showed him my home inspection notes and asked if he could provide me quotes on some of what needed done. I also asked him what it would cost to service the furnace and A/C which I knew from the inspection were in need of servicing. He quoted me the service and walked off - I presumed to inspect the things we'd reviewed from the report.
Hours later we figured out that he'd just gone ahead and started servicing the furnace/AC. He did a great job on that, but I was a bit frustrated because nothing else got quoted in the 4 hours he was there - it appeared he was only an HVAC guy anyway, and wouldn't have been able to help me with plumbing/electric quotes - and when he was done I had a bill to pay instead of a quote for services. Given that we didn't own the house yet I wasn't very happy about paying for the service, in the event that we didn't close on the house and I ended up having fixed someone else's home. I didn't want to cause a scene though and just wrote him a check.
So I recommend their HVAC service but I do think there's a big miscommunication between their sales office and their service techs. I'd definitely use them again to come out and service my systems (the price was affordable) but would likely have a specialized plumbing and specialized electrician come out to examine the other work.
