Our toilet and bathtub flooded Monday night. After calling two different plumbing companies - that never showed up, I reached out to Eastlake. Martin and Chris came out in less than 2 hours. They were done with the repair in an hour. They were friendly, knowledgeable and fast! They recommended a restoration company to handle the water damage - that came out within an hour!!

Today was our second time using Eastlake Plumbing, after waking up this morning to a leak coming from a pipe in our kitchen ceiling. We called and were routed to the emergency on-call technician who was at our house within a few hours. Armando got back to me very quIckly when I requested a service estimate. The expediency was remarkable because it was Thanksgiving day! His communication was clear and concise, and he was able to fit me into a busy schedule the very next day. Eastlake notified me when Armando was on his way and he arrived within the time window he stated. When he was able to assess the problem firsthand, he gave me a clear breakdown of the repairs and worked diligently to fix the problem completely. Once the repairs were complete, he reviewed all the work he had done and gave me a bill that was only slightly above the estimate (because of the unknown additional repair factors). Armando was honest and friendly and I have no issues recommending his company to anyone looking for a plumber. Additionally, I would definitely use his company again!

Martin and Chris came out to assess a leak we had. They did a full and comprehensive evaluation and were very knowledgeable. They were able to figure out the areas of concern that another plumber wasn't able to. I called last week to get an estimate over the phone. The day after, I called again if anybody is available to replace my kitchen sink faucet. Luckily, they do have an available technician.

Martin came on the time given to me by the secretary and he even called prior saying he's on the way. When he arrived, he quickly assessed the situation, gave his recommendations and proceeded to work immediately.

He was very professional and kept the area clean. I was really impressed with the way he conducted his business and performed the work needed.
