Super unprofessional, honestly don't waste your time or money.
Hearing my moms experience just being on the phone with this company was ridiculous, crazy how I'm seeing all these great reviews because it really didn't match this company at all.

Called these guys for warranty work on a shower valve they fixed 6 months ago that was solidly leaking. Plumber shows up and what a miracle -he couldn't find a leak that was obvious to everyone! $459 dollars later he convinces me the problem is elsewhere. Oh - so now there is suddenly a leak that wasn't there before? My bad for being stupid about plumbing and putting my trust in these guys. Made a big hole in my stucco that set me back a couple hundred more bucks to fix. At least now the non existent leak that destroyed the dry wall in my garage ceiling is fixed, but I strongly suspect they were playing games so as not to honor their warranty - though I probably couldn't prove it in a court of law. I wouldn't trust these guys. They smell sketchy.

This is the 3rd time I've used Eastlake Plumbing and so this review is long overdue. In the past the company has installed a garbage disposal in my kitchen, unclogged several drains in my home and most recently they reset my upstairs bathroom toilet. When we moved in we had all new toilets installed and this one toilet was set too low and not sealing correctly so water was leaking. I called the company and made an appointment for another day.

The day of the appointment Eddie showed up right on time, he called me 30 minutes before just to make sure I would be home. Eddie is probably the nicest plumber you are ever going to meet. He got right to work and when the toilet had been completely removed he showed me exactly what the problem was, I really appreciated him taking the time to show me what he found before he fixed it. In total it took about 60 minutes from start to finish and I am very pleased with the results. He made sure to inspect/flush the toilet several times and left the work area very clean. This is now my go-to company for any plumbing issues and I will recommend it to everyone I know.

I read a lot of the positive reviews, and I was not disappointed. I need to have the valve and fixture replaced in my master bath and shower. They had given me an estimated quote and amount of time. These guys finished in less time, and charged me less than their original quote. Very professional the entire time, they even made sure to cover the sections of the floors that they were working over. They cleaned up afterwards, and didn't leave a mess. I would not hesitate to call this company again, and it's great to know a plumber that you can trust. Great job Eastlake Plumbing!

After a recent tile install the tank of my toilet was cracked. I had tried to replace the parts but didn't realize the crack went all the way through. Daniel was able to explain the damage, replace the toilet and the flange (which was also damaged by the time place) in a hour. So happy to finally have it fixed and done right. He was very professional and knowledgeable in everything. Highly recommended Eastlake plumbing!

We had a clogged tub that needed repair and I called Eastlake Plumbing for help. I am so happy we did! Eddie came out within 45 min. and was done in about 25 min. at the most! Great Customer Service! I used Eastlake Plumbing to replace the plastic pipe in my house with copper. They did an excellent job. The crew was very professional, knowledgeable and take great pride in their work. The job took about a week and each morning I was informed as to when to expect the plumbers, they were always on time. The crew kept the work area as clean as possible and would clean up each day. After the walls were patched you could not even tell that there had been anything removed. Excellent job!! Compared to other plumbers I have used, they are way above the pack. I highly recommend this company.
