First, let me say that I eventually found Hydro Wells (https://www.hydrowellss.com/) and they were EXCELLENT. Don't waste your time with Easterday...

I called Easterday at LEAST 4 times yesterday because I had an emergency with my pump/well. The woman I spoke to said that the crew was all booked up for the day but she would reach out to them to see whether anyone could drop by my place to take a look. I asked her to call me and let me know whether someone could visit either that day or the following day and she PROMISED that she would, probably around noon. SHE NEVER CALLED BACK. I called her back 2 more times and asked her whether she had heard anything. I felt like I was bothering her....after the business had closed I called their answering service and left a message for someone to call me. I was hoping someone would be able to visit me the next day. I still got no response. With that kind of customer service I do NOT see how they stay in business. I will NEVER reach out to them again.

We've been having water pressure issues. For some reason, we have had a hard time getting responses from some of the other well service companies around the area. Anyways, the tech that came out was great. He spent the time to check our system, point out some easy items to update, and basically walked me through what he would do if it were his system. I am used to techs (HVAC in particular) just coming out and immediately trying to sell me on the need to replace everything, so this was refreshing. Hopefully my water pump doesn't crap out anytime soon, but I will be calling this company if/when it does.

Frankie Easterday evaluated at our system last week. I was so impressed by his knowledge and professionalism. Another well and pump group had reviewed our system and suggested we abandon it and have them start over. Easterday was thorough and said it was running well and just needed regular maintenance.
I would highly recommend this honest and professional team for well, pump and water purification systems.

New to the area and unsure of different companies, we searched for a company and decided to give Easterday a call based on a friend of the family saying that they had ""heard of them"". When they came to our home in November, we had air in the line. They immediately told us it was due to a broken well pump. However, when they pulled the pump, the pump was in fact working, but the check valve above the pump was broken. Not once did they say it could be due to a break/hole in a pipe. They replaced the pump and were on their way ($2700). We had them replace the treatment tanks (softener and treatment) about 2 weeks ago. One week after that work, we have a dramatic drop in pressure. We called them to assess the issue. They came out and said that a pipe was in fact leaking (my husband had indicated to them that he was concerned that was the case). They dug for 2 hours, using copper ""rods"" to ""identify"" the location of the leak. We have now come to understand that copper rods is a ""voodoo"" technique and is not used by reputable water companies as a means for determining leak location. After 2 hours of digging and rod ""manipulation"", they said that they could not find the leak and would need to bring in a backhoe. They had no problem charging $405 for this complete waste of time. I should add that water was bubbling up from cracks in the driveway, however they were digging 20 feet away on the opposite side of the lawn because their rods were ""telling them this is it"". They left us without water for days (four kids and dogs) and lied telling us that they placed an emergency order with Ms. Utility. I'm guessing they didn't think that an educated consumer would be able to call Ms. Utility to determine our approximate place in the ""queue of orders"". Imagine my surprise when Ms. Utility informed me that an emergency call requires a 90 minute response time and that there was no ticket for an emergency order for our home. If they had placed an emergency call upon arrival and after discovering that it was a broken pipe, Ms. Utility would have had the lines marked before they had even finished their pointless dig. There was no reason for them to violate our trust by telling us that they had done something that they had never actually done. Additionally, the estimate for the work they were to perform was for ""pulling a new line"". After doing our own research and contacting three additional companies, we were made aware that pipe pulling does have inherent risks associated and once initiated, it is an all or nothing situation. If it goes well, it goes well. If it doesn't, you will then be forced to dig an entirely new line all of these at our cost of course. The final straw was that we had asked for an explanation as to what work was to be performed to provide to our insurance adjuster and were promised it ASAP. The info was still not provided 3 days later. After receiving 3 additional quotes from highly positive reviewed companies which were ALL less than Easterday, we promptly ended our agreement for the work. I would be remiss if I didn't share that all of the additional companies we contacted confirmed that using copper rods is just not something that is commonplace of reputable companies. Additionally, our pump that was replaced in November was replaced with a 1Hp pump instead of the .5Hp pump we had and we have been informed that it likely caused a small leak to dramatically and exponentially grow. Of course, the 1 Hp pump is more expensive than the .5Hp. It is really a travesty that Easterday has used the longevity of their company as something to rest their laurels on. They are not concerned with doing the right thing, nor are they interested in caring for the customer. Not once did they recommend a bypass for temporary water (hooking up directly at the well head). Instead of being primarily focused on lining your pockets, it would serve the company well to remember that you reap what you sow. The company will not prosper if business practices are not changed.

Great company! Everyone I spoke was polite and knowledgeable. The techs that came out were on-time and wearing face masks which made me comfortable letting them in my home. I would recommend them for well and pump services.

Easterday re-did my Well in 2011, which included a new pump and some new fittings that had broken. This past week (August 2020) I had a water pressure problem. I left a phone message one night and got a call early the next morning, they came right out to check the system. The two guys did some troubleshooting and replaced a pressure switch and worn out pressure gauge, then they pulled and inspected the well pump. They replaced a leaking adapter connecting the pump to the vertical pipe which cured the problem. Everything got re-assembled neatly, they picked up all the trash and left the area clean. Best part- we have water pressure again, and the cost was reasonable. Yes I will call them again if any more water problems arise, but they are so thorough it may be a long time.

The pipe was leaking for some time before I discovered it. It was leaking where you cut it to attach to my tank. That was a result of YOUR work, NOT a faulty part. It also doesn't explain why your office refused my calls and are posting here MONTHS later, and only because there's a negative review to shamelessly seek to safe face with unsuspecting future customers.
