Had a new washer installed, upon the maiden run, discovered the drain had an issue, not wanting to drain as it should. Which caused a run over of the stand pipe. This was on 11-22-22, we had contacted another plumber on the day of the great flood and as of this morning and tonight he had not bothered to return a call. So we contacted Easterday. Called at 8:09 a.m on 11-23-22 and reached their answering service. The young lady was excellent, took all our info and said she would give to them and we would receive a call today. Well here it is 7:48 p.m on 11-23-22 and no call. As of this time we have contacted a 3rd plumber and he will be here on Friday afternoon. We try to use small business whenever possible and did manage to do so today. But at least a return call would be appropriate and the responsible thing to do by the business. We were more than willing to work with them for the day and time of repair, but obviously they don't want the business!

I thought their service was terrible they came your house basically telling us that all the plumbing needed to be done would have costed thousands. We had another plumber come and fix the problem that they didn't even fix lol for a couple hundred bucks. I would not recommend their services to anyone they are crooks

Easterday has been my plumber for ten years. I've nearly always spoken to Ken on the phone when I call. Today, I accidentally flushed a cleaning product when I dropped it in a toilet. A stupid mistake, not an emergency. They still worked around my schedule and came to fix the problem same day. Very fair prices. Very professional. Can't say enough good things about Easterday.

Father & Son (Anthony & Chase) were my technicians who arrived to my house upon my urgent need of licensed plumbers!! These two gentlemen removed my faulty inoperable sump-pump, and successfullly had installed a brand new efficient model... after the old unit caused water to flood my basement.

After calling 4 different plumbers and not getting any response we gave up. I heard an ad for their "" same day service"" and called. We couldn't be happier with the service, and professionals they sent to do the work. Anthony and Chase were very courteous, and answered all of our questions. We highly reccomend them. They replaced our hot water heater, new faucets, disposal, toilets, and updated our shut off valves. We will use them again. Thank you Easterday.

Easterday came out a week ago to fix a leaking toilet. They replaced the seal. Yesterday it began to leak again. I called first thing this morning and they had it fixed by 11am. I have used them in the past and have always been happy with the results. I know that when something with an old house goes wrong that it might take more than one visit. The technician today was helpful, knowledgeable and nice. They did not charge me for the second visit and also rebuilt the inside of the tank at no charge. Will be calling them to replace my water heater.

This is the second time we have used Easterday.
First time was a year or so ago thru Lowes to install a toilet we had purchased the second time was yesterday (8/31) to replace an old garbage disposal.
Both times the person that showed up was polite and professional.
I would not hesitate to use Easterday again for any plumbing problems that may occur.
