Over Price!!! I am an out of town owner and my property management hired Easterday Plumbing. I was charged $800 for bath tub/ shower valve and kitchen valve replacement! Yes you read it right, $800!! Price gouging to the maximum!! There's got to be other honest plumbing companies in the Jacksonville area!

I scheduled an appointment with this company, with the plumber stating he would have someone at my house shortly after 9. I was at work so had to have someone be at my house. The plumber did not show up, call, or answer when I called him! Very unprofessional and will never contact this company with any additional repairs.

This my first review on Yelp but I signed up just so I could post it. After reading the other reviews, especially the one that said a great job was done on the actual initial reason for the visit and then updates to complain about some knock on problems related to free work done for them, I thought I should give my honest review of my experiences with Easterday.
My main drainage pipe was severely clogged. My son spent days trying unclog it. Raw sewage was now backing up into my tube and toilet in both bathrooms. That was the first time I'd ever had such serious plumbing problems. I called Easterday. After snaking from the toilet, then the roof, they dug near the outside of my house and uncovered a - I guess - main pipe access line, got into the line and finally discovered. . .guess what? A piece of branch had somehow managed to find its way into the vent pipe on the roof, probably during one of the storms over the winter, down into the pipe and finally gathered enough debris and sludge to completely clog up my pipes. Dear lord what a nightmare.
Neither my son or I would have ever figured out the problem and then been able to fix the problem. It took Greg a while even with his years of experience. But he kept at it and finally, the mystery was solved and problem fixed. Finally, after days, I had my bathrooms back!
I want to thank Greg again for such great work, professionalism and working with me as I am a recent widow on a fixed income. I had a clogged kitchen sink a couple months later and he sent someone to fix it - it needed the drain snaked - and he worked with me on the payment. Considering I was charged $600 for another plumber to snake my other homes toilet and install an ice maker - big name plumber who will go unnamed as I've nothing good to say about them - I found Easterday to be a welcome change.

I hired them to install a new sink. They put the sink in askew, both drains are not centered, they left plumber's puddy all over the faucet and the sink. When I spoke to Greg about it, he was quite nasty on the phone. After he calmed down, he sent one of his guys out to reseat the sink, but that was the only thing that got fixed. I would definitely NOT recommend this company!!!

I absolutely do not recommend this company. I had rental property re-piped and a new water heater installed 2 months ago. Tenant called to tell me the water heater wasn't working and that she smelled something burning. I called Greg he asked if we could remove the panel on the front of the water and reset it. I told him the tenant and I were not comfortable doing that and wanted him to come out and check it. He said he doubted any thing was wrong with a 2 month old water heater and he didn't think he should have to come out to service it since I didn't know how to do maintenance but he would go out that day and look at it. He never showed. I called again the next to see if he would. He told me it was too far to drive and basically he wasn't going out to check the heater. I have serious concerns about the re-pipe and hope I don't have any issues with it in the future because I doubt he will honor any warranty. Don't use them! there are much better customer oriented plumbers available in Jacksonville.

I disputed your work through my credit card. I can add the pictures of your shoddy work out here. The remediation with a different company has lasted for over a year. Yours lasted seconds - maybe. The uploaded pictures are his finished job. Beware.

They were on time and did a job well done! Very knowledgeable young men. Installed our water heater in our Jacksonville home and works perfectly.

Beyond ridicules situation. They replaced our water heater when that was not the problem. They left the condo, and didn't even call to say they were finished and left our door unlocked. When I called because the leak was still happening ( which turned out it was our ac) they came back out and were extremely rude and unprofessional. After all that the unit was not installed properly and they charged us for a permit which turned out they never pulled!! Going to call to report them to all agencies.

I placed a service request at 7 pm Thursday night and recieved a call to schedule service at 7:30 am on Friday. Louis was here by 8:15 and repaired our leaky shower valve. He was friendly and professional. I highly recommend.

I had a small leak in my pipe and the plumber had to saw a hole in the wall to fix the leak. He told me that he did not repair drywall, BUT Easterday had subcontractors that repaired drywall. When I called Greg, the owner, he told me he was a plumber, and not a drywall repairer and that I should find someone to repair the damage that the plumber did to my wall. What bothers me is being told ""no problem"" then after I paid, they were too busy to fix the damage. Also, instead of sawing a neat hole, the plumber basically ""ripped"" a hole and I am dissatisfied.
