The customer service is horrible. Incredibly overpriced ($275 to snake a toilet bowl) for a service that did not fix the problem. The plumber claimed to have snaked 10 feet and later admitted it was at least 2 feet less than that. Toilet broke again 2 days later. Plumber was supposed to come back on a Friday, but had a family emergency. Didn't bother calling to let me know that he would not be showing up. Showed up the next morning 45 minutes late. Blamed me for flushing ""things"" down the toilet despite the fact that I purchased the toilet paper he recommended and have flushed minimal amounts. Wanted to charge another $175 to rebuild the toilet ($20 for parts). Incredibly unprofessional and refused to spend more than 30 seconds looking at the toilet and diagnosing the actual problem. Will NEVER call this place again.
