After reading past reviews on this business, i cannot believe that what i experienced with them resonate so true! My home warranty assigned them to do a plumbing job on my house. This guy named tim showed up in a bad mood, not listening to my concerns, demanded cash only(that should have been my first tip), flooded my laundry room, did not listened to my other concerns since i had more that one problem, instead he began bashing my home warranty company saying that they usually do not cover more than one issue at a time(not true), made the wrong diagnosis on the problem, took my sixty bucks cash of course, and all of this happened in a matter of no more than half an hour. I still have a problem and im sixty dollars short but thanks to my home warranty company i will never see this dude again as he has been removed from their list of plumbers. Please do not do business with this people, all of the reviews you see here and on the better business bureau are true, run the other way! Negative stars would have been more appropriate here.

I gave them one star only because zero stars is not an option. I had them come out to my house before with American Home Shield and they said they had to order apart and would be back once the part came in I found out after a week and a half that the part had been in for over a week but they did not call me back and set up a time to come out and install it. I called them and they said that they tried to contact me many times even though I had no missed calls or voicemails from them. The second time they try to come out to my house to American Home Shield they called and try to set up the appointment I return the phone call but they would never answer I left three messages in a period of two days

This is the worse experience I've ever went through the owner of this company came to my home on a sink stoppage call also a broken pipe call. They were selected by my home warranty company. He came out very unprofessional he was rude from the time that he got out of his truck.I showed him where the broken pipe was he instantly started to make excuses not to fix the pipe. First he said that it was not covered by my warranty. I said ok that's fine I'll pay for it myself. Then he started to make up other excuses.I said ok then let's got take a look at the sink stoppage. He started to get a attitude this guy was prejudice from the start. He refused to even look at the problem. He left without saying another word. Then he went and reported a bunch of lies to the warranty company.

We were forced to use this company through our home warranty. Guy came out for a second opinion and was so rude to me. I opened the door and first thing he said was "so where is it?" Showed him our tankless wter heater, and he said it was not a plumbing issue but rather an electrical issue because there is no electricity going to the water heater. An electrician comes out and shows me the power on/off switch to the water heater that was turned to off. Please tell me how a plumber doesn't see/know about an on/off switch that is literally right in front of your face when you open the panel.

I was also shocked to see all the negative reviews on here because I had a pleasant experience. I called my home warranty due to my kitchen sink stoppage. I was contacted few minutes later by East Texas Plumbing and had a schedule. Tim came on schedule, spent about one hour running the plumbing snake through the line. The problem was solved. I am happy.

Hoo boy! I don't know what this guy's problem is. he only answers his phone from about 8am to 5pm. After hours service is non-existent. I am working through a warranty company to get two issues fixed: toilet handle and under-house pipe leak. He showed up promptly and fixed the toilet. When I told him about the leaky pipe under the house, he looked out the window at the rain. He said he wouldn't be able to do that now because it was muddy. ok. fine. I said, let's try later in the week. Please call me when you can. I work 5 minutes down the street. No call back. From there, I called him at least three times. He would call me back and leave me a message. Finally, after three weeks of missing each other, I asked him to please just set an appointment time and let me know because playing phone tag wasn't working. After another two weeks, I didn't hear back, checked with the warranty company. They said the plumber called and closed the order! I had them re-open it. I tried calling him again today and got a hold of him! After he heard my name, he talked really loudly and said he wouldn't help me. I'd have to call back in and open another ticket(Another $75 fee). I told him no, he needed to fix the issue. He said no, and started arguing with me. So, I ended the call. After 2 months, I still have a leaky pipe. Go elsewhere if you can!!

This was the absolute WORST service I have ever received!! A complete joke!! He was sent out by our home warranty company. When he got to our house, after a night of thunderstorms and heavy rain, he wouldn't walk through the water in our front yard to get to our front door.....(he's a plumber, he should be prepared to get a bit wet if needed). Then he refused to access our clean out valve because of the rain water accumulation in the ground around it. My husband began to dig out the water and dirt to allow him easier access while he sat I. His can and watched. But instead, he decided he didn't want to handle the service call and left. Please don't waste your time or money on this company. And if you have to deal with a home warranty company, request another vendor!! There is a reason these people have to rely on warranty companies to get business. Their reputation precedes them. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB as well. They should not be allowed to stay in business by cheating people out of their money.

If I were able to give a "0" star rating, I would based on the customer service and attitude of the technician that came to my family's home. He did get the job done, but honestly, I have NEVER been treated that way. It saddens me.

After reading the reviews on here, how is this man still contracted through AHS? I submitted a claim yesterday with my phone number as the contact. He called my husband, who told him to call me. He called my husband again and TOLD him he was coming out tomorrow. He was told a) we are unavailable tomorrow and to b) call me. He called me and TOLD me he was coming tomorrow. Again, he was told to come next week. He told me he was coming tomorrow and when I said no, he hung up on me and canceled my service call. The silver lining is that it sounds like I dodged the crappy work bullet.

Rude employees and terrible customer service. Do not use this company!!!! THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE. They use short cuts and do not actually fix the plumbing problem. Also charged me even though warranty is covering it. Currently in the process of getting our money back since we were not supposed to be charged in the first place.
