I called on a Saturday for a garbage disposal replacement. I was contacted by a plumber who offered to come out at 8:00 a.m. on a Sunday. I was surprised at this level of accomodation; my entire household got up early on Sunday and the plumber never showed up. I left a VM for the plumber at 8:30 a.m. (who may have been a subcontractor) and East Sacramento Plumbing and no one has contacted me back.

What started out as excellent customer service totally fell flat! The better solution would have been for them to never provide 8:00 a.m. on Sunday as an option.

they re piped my house and put in a hot water heater. The whole experience was less than desirable. Their price was right but they cut corners on the size of pipes, hiding the pipe the way they said they would, using a very odd water heater when the promised a name brand and doing the other work. When I complained I swear the owner made up a fake voice and told me he was in trouble with the law. I would not work with these guys again. I've been struggling to find a plumber to fix the things they said they'd fix or things that they just did wrong.
