Ron is a mess. He is very particular as far as what he will do. He will say ""I'm not hungry enough for that"" and then call another plumber friend to do the work. You pay for two plumbers. He acts like this is normal. He will break something and then blame this on other things., you etc. Never his fault.

When he shows up, it's at his leisure. Just wants to drop by wherever. He really doesn't know what he is doing in many cases. He doesn't care to learn.

He won a popularity contest for plumbing a couple of years ago. He has a lot of musician friends who voted for him, no doubt.

Just terrible at what he does. I put up with this for years. He has been replaced.

He's not a very qualified tradesman. He's from CA and didn't really work under his father and his older brother. He was lazy then and apparently still is.He couldn't plumb a dog house.Be aware.

These guys aren't at all easy to deal with. They refuse to set appointments and think they can just show up whenever works for them. They also aren't very friendly. There are far better options out there IMO.

Ron was great, I had to get my tank replaced. He came over on time and did the job quickly and efficiently. He is also a genuinely nice guy and easy to work with.

Ron is a great plumber. But zero customer service skills. Will not return calls, not concerned about your timeline or your needs. It's basically his way or the highway. He did do some great work for me, but there is an issue now after a couple years and I have tried multiple times to reach out to him with no response. Is it too much to ask for someone to return a text?

It took a month to ""finish"" a job Ron was hired for - that should have taken two days. During the times he was at the site we found him napping in his truck, leaving the site a mess (left us without a toilet for 3 days), and he was habitually late to the site by two hours.

Ended up hiring someone else to finish the job.

I have nine rental units in East Nashville and Madison and have used Ron Gomez exclusively for all my plumbing needs for more than 10 years. He is experienced with older houses, great with tenants, reasonably priced, extremely reliable, and does excellent quality work. I find him particularly valuable because he helps me think through decisions with reference to my long-term goals, i.e. to have properties with durable, cost-effective, easy to maintain plumbing throughout. You couldn't work with a better guy.

I had a very complicated project that involved other contractors and Ron was patient through it all and made several trips to ultimately get the job done. You will not be disappointed you called ENP.
