Kelly F.Called the Abel Plumbing guy on the phone and asked for some basic information about an air conditioning unit installation I had in mind. Most places will at least talk over your options with you. But this guy immediately began throwing around industry jargon and assuming that I knew nothing at all. (In fact, I had done quite a bit of preliminary research.)
I understand they have to see the place to give an accurate price, but this dude was not even a little bit friendly and he refused to provide even rudimentary information for the cost of an installation. In my opinion the person who answers the phone at Abel Plumbing was condescending and curt. I won't use this service, ever.
